This was my first visit to this office. The sign said to sign in and have a seat which I did. Another person came in without signing the clipboard and was taken care of right away. I went up to the window and said I've been sitting and had signed in and she said "oh, ok " And then took care of me. The overall time spent in the office was much longer than when I saw this provider when he had his own practice.

All the folks that we came in contact with, including the staff out front and the doctor, everything was very good. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Doctor was excellent. Front desk staff, very unknowledgeable. They informed me there's no phone number to that office. I think that is ridiculous in case someone would be running late to call and let the doctor know. Yet there is no phone number. That is ridiculous to run a doctor's office like that. They should have their own private phone number for people to call.

Many years ago, Dr. Halko took care of me and I'm very happy that he took me back.

Ladies at front desk are great at welcoming clients and processing their paperwork and follow up appointments. well done ladies!

Dr. Halko is the best

I was impressed that Dr Halko treated me like a person, looking at me and explaining and talking to me as one human being to another. He was most pleasant and curious about my history.

I never was able to get on my chart until I had it call in and have someone manually do it for me. Your prompts and computers did not work and you need to work on that because it was a very confusing part of the process and it needs to be improved.

I felt comfortable and was treated with courtesy and respect. Dr. Halko knows my history well and is always on top of current and potential issues.

This was a first appointment all my previous medical records had not been received prior to this appointment. My Medical history was provided verbally and to the best of knowledge and based on mostly memory.

Dr. Halko is extremely knowledgeable and explained my condition in ways I could understand. His patience was much appreciated as well. His staff was also quite friendly.

Doctors should be able to treat patients with medication that helps with the horrible pain they have to live with ! Instead they get sent to pain management! To Doctors who never treated them for there conditions!!!

Dr.Halko is a great doctor and very smart and knowledgable and . He does not throw you out of his office and listens to you when you speak. He communicates with his patients. He really tries to help I could only hope for more Doctors to be like him and just show that they care. That's what all patients what to know!

Dr. Halko is the best. He's been treating me for over two years. To contact that office is very difficult. When you walk in the office, it's very difficult. The personnel needs to be more in tune and more helpful with a patient check-in.

I returned to the rheumatologist that i have had for years , i see him for osteo and severe psoriatic arthirits he always prescribed my bone med and pain med , he told me that i have to go to pain management now i have to see another doctor doesnt make sence to me. I may change to penn medicine since two of my doctors r there thank u

I had been a patient of this provider prior to his joining Virtua. I think the process of getting in touch with him now is much more difficult (from scheduling an appointment to asking a question), and I feel like I'm just a "number" in the Virtua system. I'm very sad that my doctor is no longer independent and has joined the Virtua conglomerate.

The girl that brought me into the office took my blood pressure, said it was a little high, said she would be back to take it again just in case I was a little nervous, my first time visit, and she never came back. And I left without having another blood pressure taken. Thank you.

Nice personality clean place there all very helpful

Staff was on time, respected my privacy, courteous, Dr. Halko new my history, respectful, kind, overall an excellent provide.

No address on building so it's very hard to find as a new patient office. Staff wasn't very patient friendly tried to call on telephone cannot get through very poor system.

Dr Halko is kind patient knowledgeable and really cares about his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr.Halko for years and he has been a G-d send when finding solutions to my problems. I would not see any other Rheumatologist. I am so thankful for his care.

Long wait for early am appointment and not much interest in overall health just interest in one aspect.

Yes, I like Dr. Halko very much. He is very, very knowledgeable and compassionate and he's a very good doctor. However, the medication that he wants to give me has to be approved by my insurance and I've been waiting actually too long to get the approval. I'm very, very worried about this. I need to get the medication from Dr. Halko and I have not received a call back from the office stating that my insurance has approved it and I can come in for another visit. So I'm still waiting on that call from the office. Thank you.

The wait was unbearly long. No one took my vitals for the doctor. Ck in seemed a little long since I'd signed in on line. Front desk was polite, offices were pleasant a d clout was fast.

It was an excellent experience with an excellent doctor. I couldn't be happier!
