I trust Dr. Gerard Collins with my care. That's a very big deal. Finding a very good doctor isn't as easy as it should be. In fact, it is quite difficult. Dr. Collins was recommended to me by an exceptional diabetes nurse, and I am very grateful that I now have a trusted podiatrist. THANK YOU DR. COLLINS!!!

Dr. Collins and all the staff I have encountered have all been pleasant and provided a positive atmosphere when around each staff member I met. I would also like to say this office is very knowledgeable with regard to ensuring I have a ride to and from their facility so I do not have to cancel if I do not have a ride. I have not been able to drive, due to needing cataract surgery in both eyes. This ability to request a ride in the circumstances I have in my life now is so comforting. I have encountered several Reconstructive Orthopedics Specialities within Virtua are not aware of the ability to help their patients with setting up rides. I wish I could spread the word so all offices are aware of this service available to the virtua patients. Thank you.

My experience at this office was awesome. [Redacted]took me back to the patient room and she was super nice and personable and I wasn't super nervous but if I was I think she would have made me a lot less nervous. She just kind of was welcoming and kind of gave me a heads up of how the appointment would go and Dr. Collins was truly a gem. I haven't gotten an answer from a doctor in a long time, and I went in thinking this was going to be the same thing, but he knew exactly what was wrong, and he gave me a very thorough treatment plan, and he was super personable as well. Stop being pennywise and pound foolish you cut your Navigators to save labor forcing patients to use your website however, seniors that represent most of your business don't like to or aren't capable of using your website. Now when you call midday you have 55 people in cue. No one wants to wait an hour or better so they will just leave Virtua and go to Penn, Jefferson or Cooper. Wake up or lose business!!!

Ashley, the medical assistant who took my weight and directed me to the examining room, was very thorough in going over my med. She was also very pleasant. Dr. Collins was also very pleasant and efficient in taking care of my foot problem.

What I have to have done, it takes a certain amount of skill. And I always feel that Dr. Collins did an excellent job of what he had to do. But besides that, this is like a little added bonus. He was the first Dr to say no we can't do anything more than supportive care for your problem instead of spending my money on painful testing and useless treatments. Then for my other problem he set up a plan and we talked about it, and he allowed me to even have my say about who I would go to see.
