Provider and her MA were great. Front desk and check out could use a little work. I know they're stressful jobs but pleasantries, kindness and care go a long way. No one was rude they just weren't friendly or didn't go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Every patient is stressed and dealing with painful ortho issues. Checking in and checking out should be a bit more empathetic vs running patients in and out.

The visit with Dr. Alami was very good. unfortunately my experience today has been very frustrating. I received a call with the authorization number which I appreciated. I called back to get the script and authorization number faxed to main hospital and was on hold multiple times for over an hour and 15 minutes transferred to multiple places until it was 4 PM and no one answered anymore.

Dr. Alami is extremely professional, very caring. She handled me with the utmost of care. She's a terrific surgeon and she is a very good addition to your staff at Reconstructive Orthopedic.

I sprained my ankle and asked the dr what side would I use a cane with. The dr said injured side. A nurse saw me walking with a cane and said I was using it on the wrong side of my body. So I googled and I'm supposed to be using the cane on my good leg. I also complained that the boot was not giving me any support. The doctor told me to tighten it and walk away. I wish she stayed and tighten it for me until I was comfortable with the boot.

The doctor handed me a paper document without explaining what's the potential cause, how to treat and prevent. Basically she only helps with diagnosis and I have to figure out other things myself

The providers and medical staff here are great. For some reason checking out is always an issue. You have to sit and wait to be called but the staff at the checkout are behind a tall counter and never seem to see you. This visit I listened to a Personal conversation between two staff while waiting to check out. Still wasn't called so I approached the desk and somehow I ended up apologizing! It should not be this way and does not align with Virtuas core values.

I was so grateful to get an appointment, x-rays, and see Dr. Alami so quickly after a fall the night before. Everyone went through the steps quickly and Dr. Alami went over my x-ray results on my right foot and told me how long and what to expect for recovery from the bruising. I would highly recommend Dr. Alami and the Technicians and Staff at this Orthopedic Facility.

Dr. Alami is the kindest and most caring doctor I've ever had and I've ever seen. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She involves me in all decisions. I would just like to say that the doctor whose name I'm probably pronouncing wrong, but Alami was really fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable, and also gave me some extra information about potentially things that I can do to improve my foot, maybe surgically down the line, which was great. And she was also very good about getting a suggestion about the shoes without making me feel bad for wearing bad shoes. So, overall, she was fantastic.

Dr. Alami was wonderful. I had a question about the type of shoes she wanted me to wear and she called me the next morning, but I missed her call and then she tried me again at noon and that's when I spoke to her. I really appreciated her taking the time to call me back and give me great feedback on the Hoka shoes. I'm really not used to a dr calling anymore, so that meant a lot to me.

This provider did a fantastic job fixing my problem that was causing me a lot of pain. I really like this provider and highly recommend her.

I've been there a few times before. Every time I go, the receptionist are smiling and welcoming. I've never waited more than four or five minutes to be seen. If X-rays were to be taken, that's all done in about 10 minutes. Doctor comes in and we talk. And I'm out the door. I'm in and out usually in about 20-30 minutes. This place is great.

I felt I received tremendous support and guidance relating to my painful accident. I thank the entire staff.

The clerical staff at the Virtua Office in Voorhees was very polite and helpful. BUT, Ghadeer Alami was not professional and attentive. She did not appear to know what she was doing. First she just stared at me and then I asked her if she read my films. She asked me what I thought my treatment should be. I'm not the physician, I made the appointment to be advised on what treatments there are to help me with my issues, pain etc., by a physician. If I knew what I needed I would have treated myself instead of wasting my time and money. I have never met a doctor who didn't have any interest in helping her patient. After me asking several times what she recommended she referred me to a shoe store. I asked her about the bone spurs on my feet and she said that I have "a lot of them" but didn't go any further. I kept leading the visit/conversation, as if I was the doctor. I asked about any remedy such as surgery and she said that she could perform surgery but I would have to tell here which areas I wanted done. AGAIN, I'M NOT A DOCTOR. I was very unhappy with her attitude and I would not come back to see her or refer her to anyone that I know.

The provider was one of the most disrespectful and insensitive doctors I have encountered. She did not ask nor confirm my medical history because "too much to scroll down". It was the worst experience I have had with a provider -downright insensitive and want to follow up so this doesn't happen to other parients. Her personality is not fit for dealing with patients who are already enduring pain.

On my first visit two weeks ago in Medford I was given incorrect information. I was told not to put weight on my foot. On the second visit I was told my injury is weight bearing.

I believe you need a "Not Applicable" option for questions I have seen Dr Alami for a few unrelated issues with my foot. I trust her expertise and treatment options completely. She is no nonsense and I like her approach.

Check in process - seemed a bit understaffed the day I was there. They overlooked the sign-in for myself and I think a few others. On check out, the two staff members were talking to each other while people were waiting - may have been related to a problem but they could have acknowledged people were there and told them they would be with them shortly etc. May have been a bad day there - this visit contrasted sharply with other visits there where the check in and out were very efficient.

Great overall medical care experience. The only thing I didn't love was that it was recommended that I try a pair of insoles in my sneakers and they were put in my shoes to walk out. That's fine. The issue was that I went to checkout with them in my shoes and was told after the fact that they were $40 out of pocket. They were already in my shoes. What was I supposed to do at that point? Would have most likely bought them anyway but feel it should be disclosed. I was not given an option or a suggestion to get another brand on my own.

The physician that handled my injury was amazing. I can't say enough good things about her. I did cancel an appointment that I had back in March and was told that I had to go through workman's comp to get the appointment rescheduled. After leaving several messages and calling reconstructive orthopedics several times, I never received a response until I got my lawyer involved and just received the call from the workman's comp office to schedule an appointment five months after my original appointment.

Dr. Alami was amazing! She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She listened carefully to the problems I was having with my foot and my general gait. As a retired registered nurse, I really appreciated her thorough examination of my foot. I look forward to working with her to find a resolution.

There was no waiting. All the staff were friendly and professional.

The phone lines to make appointments is TERRIBLE, unacceptably bad!!! I waited for 40 minutes, they said the wait was 3 hours. So, I opted to have them call me back to set up an appointment. They never did! When I finally gave up and called the next day, the estimated wait was 5 hours! Rather than give up, I stopped by the office and was able to make an appointment for that week! You are definitely losing patients with that horrible front end appointment vendor. The only reason you didn't lose me is because I trust Dr Alami from past issues. There is no excuse for such horrible customer service in scheduling appointments. No other medical provider I use has this problem, and it's been like this for months. FIX IT!!!!!

For the unpleasant thing that I had to visit the doctors office for, me breaking my leg , it was the most pleasant and accommodating orthopedics office I've ever been in. Don't know what you guys do different but y'all need to teach each other orthopedic offices. I checked in waited a couple minutes. Had my appointment checked out. Had my new appointment boom done very efficient way to go. This is how about his office or any type of office should be run.

However, this business has taken over and it's really hard to get an appointment with him. And sometimes you have to use the PAs or whatever. And that's not what I wanted because I followed him. I really like him. If he was in his own business, I'd be there all the time. But I don't like the situation because it's a business now. It's not like a family doctor when you go to see somebody for your heart. Sorry about that. I don't have any choices. I like him. I have to stay with him and I trust him. But this business is not something I'm really happy with.

Very efficient and professional

My experience was extremely favorable. The surgeon clearly explained what she observed in the x-rays that were taken and the best treatment method for me to recover as quickly as possible. She was very patient and thorough and she answered all my questions. She made me feel relaxed and confident.

She's a professional for goodness sakes if I didn't respect her, I wouldn't request her as my doctor.
