Unfortunately for me there have been several times I needed to contact an orthopedist for help. Fortunately for me Reconstructive Orthopedics is close to our home. From the first time entering the Express unit until the most recent checkup after a fall, ALL staff, whether they were helping me or someone else, were courteous, kind and very helpful.

Giana was very well informed and professional. She answered my questions precisely in a manor I could easily understand. Giana is an excellent PA !

I met with a physicians assistant, because the doctor wasn't available for weeks. I had to say the physicians assistant experience was really quite good.

Reconstructive Ortho has been excellent to me throughout my entire experience

I thought she was great. She was very attentive, showed a lot of concern when I told her that I hadn't gotten the proper medication at first. And then she was very prompt to get me that proper medication. It was the right medication and I felt much, much better. So I give her all the credit in the world. She is awesome.

Did not wait long to be seen. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

I was seen in a timely manner and with the time I needed to go over everything without being hurried.

Giana was professional, friendly and courteous. She took time with me and made sure I was clear about how my post surgery progress should go. She was reassuring and I am hopeful I will continue to feel better with time.

I use MyChart to communicate with my doctors. This office responds very quickly and answers questions immediately. I strongly recommend this practice.
