I met with a physicians assistant, because the doctor wasn't available for weeks. I had to say the physicians assistant experience was really quite good.

I was told I have to go to physical therapy before I can get a MRI. I called my insurance to find out what it will cost me and I can't afford it. So I won't be able to get the MRI.

Reconstructive Ortho has been excellent to me throughout my entire experience

I thought she was great. She was very attentive, showed a lot of concern when I told her that I hadn't gotten the proper medication at first. And then she was very prompt to get me that proper medication. It was the right medication and I felt much, much better. So I give her all the credit in the world. She is awesome.

Did not wait long to be seen. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

I was seen in a timely manner and with the time I needed to go over everything without being hurried.

Giana was professional, friendly and courteous. She took time with me and made sure I was clear about how my post surgery progress should go. She was reassuring and I am hopeful I will continue to feel better with time.

I use MyChart to communicate with my doctors. This office responds very quickly and answers questions immediately. I strongly recommend this practice.

They take the time to talk through what you're going through so they can give you the best care. This appointment was useless. I was informed I. The appointment that I should have my PT completed before this appointment. That should have been delivered to me somewhere before I booked. Six PT sessions is a tall order in about a week and a half! Lowered expectations

The Office Staff, Doctors and Nurses run a smooth operation. As soon as one finishes with you the next person arrives with very little wait time. I wish all health care providers operated like this office.

If there is a way to simplify the disability insurance process that would make a huge difference. I keep receiving emails from Health Works asking for payment for every piece of paperwork they request.
