Gianna, Dr [REDACTED] PA did an excellent job preparing me for my upcoming surgery. I mentioned that I had hope to see Dr [REDACTED] prior to my surgery and she went out of the room to see if he could stop in to see me and my husband. He's was wonderful, explaining my surgery to my husband in simple words that he would understand! My husband told me afterwards how he really like the doctor and how friendly he was.

This was my second PA visit, my First with Giana. I'm glad I will finally get to see the spine MD I next month and get to have an MRI and actually discuss what is going on - that's my only complaint - that it has taken so long to get diagnostics done while I'm losing function. Other than that, staff have been wonderful.

When you first walk in the door, the people who are sitting at the desk on the left-hand side just ignore you. Nobody says anything if the one lady is helping someone. And it's unclear as to whether you should go to the right side or the left side. The left side is definitely more helpful, but I find the right side just to ignore everyone. So thank you.

I would like to say that my physical therapist [REDACTED] pt does an outstanding job. She is a very pleasant personality who goes out of her way to ensure a professional and productive experience. She thoroughly ensures that the individual exercises are done correctly and to maximize the effectiveness of my recovery which thanks to her is extremely successful. She truly cares about people and their individual needs. It's no wonder that I have seen her work with and train a new pt person. Virtua is smart to have her train new personal. I can tell she does a great job training. She puts the same outstanding effort into the process. She truly cares about people. Also Giana Brunetti pa and [REDACTED] do are great as well. As a matter of fact, every person I deal with that Virtua is so professional, friendly and kind and sensitive to the patient. I've never seen a whole organization so organized and pleasant thank you very much.

Our family has been very happy with the care at Reconstructive Orthopedics, except for when system issues relating to the onboarding with Virtua delayed care due to computer issues. Those seem to have been resolved which is good. Both front desk and medical staff have been wonderful. We drive an hour to go there and it's worth it.

My healthcare team at orthopedic reconstruction surgery was professional, succinct, and up to date. Very well managed. I feel confident in this procedure.

Unfortunately for me there have been several times I needed to contact an orthopedist for help. Fortunately for me Reconstructive Orthopedics is close to our home. From the first time entering the Express unit until the most recent checkup after a fall, ALL staff, whether they were helping me or someone else, were courteous, kind and very helpful.

Giana was very well informed and professional. She answered my questions precisely in a manor I could easily understand. Giana is an excellent PA !

I met with a physicians assistant, because the doctor wasn't available for weeks. I had to say the physicians assistant experience was really quite good.

I was told I have to go to physical therapy before I can get a MRI. I called my insurance to find out what it will cost me and I can't afford it. So I won't be able to get the MRI.
