I have used Dr. Zuck for years, 15, 20 years. My concern is trying to get a hold of the office. You have to go through the main switchboard and then you get put on hold. So I was trying to call the office to tell them that I was running a few minutes late and I sat on hold for 17 minutes. I actually got into the doctor's office and seen by the doctor before my phone call was answered. So I don't feel like that's a facility problem. I feel like that's a system problem for Virtua. It's very frustrating to try and get a hold of the actual doctor's office to speak to somebody in the office. That's a big change that I've noticed since Virtua has taken over and it is making visiting more difficult. It's easier to go in and make the appointment in person than it is to

I was unable to call the office and confirm my appointment. They had two numbers they gave me. They were not in service. There's no way of reaching the doctor's office unless you get in line and I was 50 when I called. So that was my concern.

Waiting room was not interesting. Just chairs like a social security visit.

Dr. Zuck and his staff were so kind and actually helped me see the doctor the same day I tried to make an appointment. Over the years I have needed Dr.Zuck and always has been understanding and eliminated my pain.

Yes, the receptionist at the front desk in the Summers Point office needs to be more friendly and more knowledgeable. I've had a problem with her on, I don't want to say a problem, but confusion with her on more than one occasion. Thank you.

Yes, the staff was extremely friendly to myself and my wife. Dr. Zuck and my family go back many years. He's done surgery on two of my daughter's knees. He also repaired a torn rotator cuff of mine and once a year he has to drain my wife's knees. We only go to Dr. Zuck because he won us over a long time ago. The automated telephone system is terrible and people are giving messages that they're going to be on hold for 45 minutes or more. I know it's new but it's not working.

I prefer when I could make appointments directly with the office instead of a central office. My direct calls to the facility in the past helped me to make appointments easier.

Virtua SUCKS you can't call and make an appointment. Your online check in blows. I would never recommend Virtua but I would recommend Dr Zucks office.

Dr zuck took very little time with me. I had an X-ray taken but felt he said it was unnecessary to look at it and said as much. He gave me a prescription but acknowledged that it wasn't necessarily appropriate for someone with osteoporosis.when I tried to ask him what else I could do for my situation. He responded " you're a big girl you can figure it out". He left very quickly because he had a conference call to make. I attempted to wait for him to see if I could get a script for Pt. After 15 minutes I left. I asked his assistant to ask the doctor for a referral to PT and get back to me. Which she did not do. My attempts to call over the next two days were unsuccessful as your phone lines were backed up and I didn't have time to wait in a queue. Never have I ever been less satisfied with a doctor.

Dr Zuck is the best.

Call center is very poor. Wait times are long. Two times they gave the wrong information. We recommended this practice to our neighbor and they were incorrectly told the practice did not provide services they did provide. We need physicians of this caliber in this area. It would be sad if people were denied good healthcare due to poor call center procedures. I would recommend more training. I hope this helps. Thanks

My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Zuck. It was really fun to see all the photographs on the walls in the waiting room and in the hallways. We have never seen anything like that in a medical providers office. Every doctor, if possible should have such a welcoming atmosphere. Again, we absolutely loved all the photos!!!

Dr Zuck did not listen to me about my pain level after he released me to work on full duty. I was sent home because i couldn't preform my job duties. I asked for a change in work status he refused and told me to get a second opinion

I have been nursing this knee pain for a year frightened of what was going to happen. Dr Zuck made me feel at ease the minute he walked in the exam room.

You try to call no one answers the phone call and you wait for a long time for the doc and he rushes out. The staff in the front are friendly that the only good thing about the place and the nurse.

Everyone there is so very nice, I never have to wait very long, and Dr. Zuck it's so knowledgeable and always knows my history. I'm very much trust him with my care.
