As wonderful as this office is, getting an initial appointment was difficult. But the office staff was accommodating and when I mentioned I was without care and willing to change doctors, they found a cancellation and got me an appointment. Original appointment was three months away and we were on cancellation list. The doctors are great and their reputation is excellent. I understand the popularity of these doctors. Dr. Patel was amazing in her knowledge of me and my condition and treatment plan was clear and I know it will work. I just hope they don't get overwhelmed with work and patients. We feel very comfortable with these endocrinology specialists. The staff is very supportive and knowledgeable and understanding about life situations. Thank you

The intern was super! N new my hx n concerns as soon as I walked in. Listened to my ?s acutely . N I also liked my assigned Dr. She was great too. I was so txful office staff were able to call me day before abt a cancellation.

Very professional, excellent from start to finish. I have anxiety and was nervous about the appointment as it was my first ever. But all of that went away and it was a very positive experience.

Originally, the earliest appointment I could get was three months from the date I first called. Fortunately, though, my general practitioner was able to intervene and got me an appointment only a day later. I am grateful to Dr. Patel for seeing me on such short notice because a necessary heart procedure depends on her treatment. She was wonderful!
