I waited 38 minutes for my appointment. It was at 11 o'clock. They did not call me until 11:38. And that is not acceptable. And when you finish, the lab is closed. He goes to lunch at 12. Everybody's got to eat, but they need to move it along a little bit better.

all the receptionist were fine they were excellent the person Gracy, who I had to see unfortunately I do not want her ever again. She does not listen to anything you say she goes by her own assumptions and my experience with her was a complete zero I don't ever want her again.

I have had nothing but awesome care with the virtua team being when I was admitted to Lords/ Virtua the nurses,aids and dietary were extremely helpful and nice to me. Then the Cardiologist's team is so amazing, that I had to add primary care to the list also Dr. Gracy is my grandma's doctor so I already knew her level of care. She's very sweet and professional. I'm so happy with Virtua Health and I would differently recommend y'all to anyone looking for great doctors.

My primary Doctor take good care of me every time I go to see her. She lessons to what I have to say and is very concerned about what I am saying to her. And she always seems to have a answer to the problem. I truly thankful for have Dr Gracy as my primary Doctor
