Will most likely get a 2nd opinion regarding Hip pain, surgery is not an option. Only wanted assistance with continuous physical therapy. Physical therapy should be the option not surgery or injections

Dr. Klingenstein is a wonderful doctor! After four surgeries done by him, I'm able to walk much better than I have in years. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire ordeal.

Dr. Klingenstein was extremely courteous and concern. He offered good advice in reference to my care going forward.

Check in process (established patient) created some anxiety-when incorrect plan information was being processed. I checked in online before scheduled appointment. UHC plan I have does not require any PC referral for specialist . I had to confirm with my agent which was an unnecessary step.

I think Dr. K is very intelligent and skilled at his job but his bedside manner is not great. Rushed with an air of dismissiveness. I'm likely to see a different provider for future issues.

I do not feel like Dr Klinginstein really listened to my concerns.

The doctor was not informative about any further treatment and did not explain to me my situation and how it could be handled. Instead, he told me to go see another doctor. I just found the whole experience to be very disappointing and not helpful as this was my second opinion on the same situation. His manner was very matter-of-factly and I don't think he was very empathetic.

I really trust this provider, he provides great care.

It was a waste of my time. I was told that my test would be reviewed and Dr didn't even try to obtain them . When I made my appointment the Scheduler was able to bring up my Xrays and my MRI with Contrast which was the main reason I was seeing that Dr. I will never recommend Dr Klingenstein to anyone.

I had a 10:10 appointment with Dr, Klingenstein. I arrived 15 to 20 minutes before my appointment time. After sitting there for close to an hour I went to the check in desk. After that things went ok.

I thought my surgeon, Gregory Klinstein, was top shelf. He did his homework and there were no surprises. So I very much appreciate the care.

First time I saw this provider because of recently occurring ache in left buttock; he showed not being interested in clinical history nor in physical examination at all, besides a faint touch of my left thigh; but, bluntly, he said "you have hip problem"...(a magician?); when forced to give more ground to his "diagnosis" (??) he said "I don't know...it may be 50% hip and 50% low back". !!!? A fortune teller? I'm sorry for that provider and for the current look of the medical field that can make a patient feel just a meaningless entity.

Well kind of felt rushed with my appointment as the provider looked very busy and behind I'm guessing never got to look at my incision at my appointment did a quick assessment and said see me in a year but ad my surgeon Will always highly recommend him to all extent

I've been with this group for 20 years. Everyone has always been attentive and provided caring services.

I have been requesting a callback about medication until my procedure. I sent a msg thru my chart and have contacted customer service twice. Its now October 3rd. Nobody has called me back. I need someone to call me back. I like my surgeon but the attention to my needs is not being met

I waited almost 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time before being seen. Following the directive to arrive 15 minutes early, it increased my wait time to almost an hour.

I was not able to have the presenting problem addressed. I was given a script for MRI and was referred to another doctor. No treatment plan nor recommendations for managing the condition was offered other than having another physician look into the problem. My presenting pain and condition continues more than 2 weeks after first reporting it.

I expected top notch care and that is exactly what I got.

wanted to say that I really thought Dr. K was a problem solver. He didn't push me along to the next doctor or just say, hey, let's maybe try this. He really studied the problem, I think came up with some fairly unique solutions, and I'm hopeful that that thought process can continue. Thank you.

Though The appointment was a further away time wise, I knew Dr Klingenstein was the Doctor I wanted, he performed the knee replacement on my wife, I trust him. The entire staff then & now are professional.

The office staff and surgeon were very friendly and very caring.

Those times when I called the office, I was on hold for a minimum of an hour, sometimes closer to an hour and a half, and I think this is unacceptable. I understand it's June, but I also think that the office needs to provide more staff so that the phone calls can be answered in a better, timely manner.

I found that Dr. Klingenstein was very businesslike. Maybe that's part of his bedside manner, or maybe he was just pressed for time. He took care of all the things that needed to be taken care of, but again, I would call it very businesslike in terms of his approach to patient interaction.

Overall, a very good experience. People were very nice, and no issues during my appointment.

This isn't about Dr. Klingenstein, but there staff members. I have called a couple times after surgery with questions. I have gotten information that was contradictory. When I finally talked with Dr. Klingenstein I got the answers I need. You just can't have anyone answering my questions - it needs to be my own doctor, because different doctors (and PAs) have different treatments and ideas.

Yes, I'd like to thank the doctor because that was the first time I've ever had an injection in my knee that I didn't even know I was getting. He was very, very good. And I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr Klingenstein was unprofessional & actually questioned my decision to have another provider handle my care for an issue unrelated. He did not spend time to know my history and actually ordered a bone scan without looking at my history. I will never return to this Dr, nor recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I were put off by the Dr when he stressed he was a surgeon and I wasn't likely a candidate for surgery at this time. His demeanor was a bit condescending. I explained as I had seen him several years ago I felt it was time to bring in the "big guns" as I felt the sports medicine Dr was out of options for my persistent issue.

I have always used which doctors through my cancer journey and have been very fortunate as each one of them was very compassionate and understanding. This doctor did not want to know about my concerns and was not understanding at all.

A very pleasant experience

Yeah, what you did really well was they did an x-ray on my both hips and Dr. Klingenstein did say that everything was fine, no fractures, no problem. But he did not address that he said that the fluid that was on my leg would have to resolve on its own. He really didn't give me any other options. He did not look at the actual swelling of my leg, which I was surprised because that was one of my main concerns. I was happy that there was no fracture in the x-rays, but he did not even ask me to see it, the wound, the problem area itself. And that's where I was very dissatisfied. Otherwise, the wait time was a little extensive, it was 45-50 minutes wait. And that's about it. I'm not too happy that it wasn't seen and I'm going to have to go elsewhere to get another opinion and see if they could drain it. Okay.

The entire experience was honestly not what I expected at all

Dr. Klingenstein took care of me very well. I have two very good hips that I'm very pleased with. I learned about him through my friends who also use him and are pleased with him. So they've got these hips, etc. He is a very competent fellow.

I went for my 5 year check up on my hip replacements (had both done in 2020) by Dr. Klingenstein. I have been having issues with swelling and extreme pain in my knees for about 8 months. I was seeing a rheumatologist and have not really gotten any answers. The rheumatologist drained my knees several times (sent fluids to lab), did bloodwork and gave me injections, but never really diagnosed or gave me any answers. Dr. Klingenstein immediately took x-rays and let me know what was wrong, etc. during my appointment and answer my questions. I should have went to him from the beginning! I highly recommend Dr. Klingenstein.

Excellent care team, they definitely exceeded my expectations. Praise to Doctor Klingenstein, after having both hips replaced l feel great and I am back to normal. Would recommend him to anyone that needs a hip surgery.

Getting my appointment was difficult . I was put in a queue every time I called... for over a month!!! I finally went in person to a Reconstructive Orthopedics faculty in person and spoke to the two women who sitting behind the counter. They were great and I got the appointment I needed in a matter of minutes!!! My visit with Dr. Klingenstein was great! The check in and check out process was easy. The women at those stations were extremely nice and very helpful!

I live in moorestown nj .I have a friend who I sent to Virtua orthropedics. He was so out raged eith his care.I thought maybe it was him. I have been seeing virtua docs for over 20 years I even gave family and neighbors who work there.So I made an appointment.As a dr. It should never be about you not ever we are there for care.We are The most important person .It is all about us.Explaining educating and treating us with respect.I know drs spent alot of time in school.But they should get off their high horse.I talk to the patients with care and empathy.We are there because we have a health condition.it is all new to us.We did not spend years in medical school.Do not down to patients .Speak to them like you actually care.I will never recommend this virtua office.
