From the moment I arrived to the ER in excruciating pain I was almost immediately seen. The nurses in the ER were so kind and supportive and explained every detail leading up to surgical procedure and I felt in the best of care. Then came the angel of them all, my surgeon Dr. Mukalian, he made sure I was one thousand percent comfortable, he explained everything about my surgery so I one hundred percent understood it. He treated me with compassion and made me feel heard with all my symptoms. He kept in contact with me post op to make sure I was not having any complications and saw to it that I was immediately taken care of when I was experiencing some discomfort and I genuinely so thankful. My nurses on the 4th floor were also the most sweetest and caring people I have ever met. Just like my nurses from the ER they made sure I fully understood my post surgery, they answered all of my questions and kept me comfortable around the clock. I could not have asked God for a better surgical team. Lastly, I'm not sure who the kind lady who came in on my last day to care for my room and mop but she was also very sweet and took the time to have a conversation about spring being my favorite season. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.
