Things done professionally from the desk to check in to my visit with the doctor. Especially the way he breaks things down and explain it to you makes it easier a lot of us don't have medical terminology we ask our doctors to make things dummy proof. Lol he does a good job of making sure I understand answering all my questions. He doesn't rush like all the other doctors.

Virtua is a fine medical institution, and I have been happy with all the fine doctors and assistants I have been treated by.

The lady who walked me to the room to see the doctor seemed uninterested and annoyed.

The care and assistance were excellent; they genuinely care about the patient and address their concerns.

This was my first visit with Dr. Seltzer. We went over a lot of my issues/medical history. He listened to me and asked questions. He was a nice doctor and spent a good amount of time talking and listening to me. I feel comfortable with him and thought that he was really good.

Dr Seltzer is the best

Dr Seltzer took the time to go over previous CT scans showing progression of my GI issues. He discussed in detail the next course of treatment and a new medication to help with my chronic constipation. He even gave me samples so I could start new treatment right away. He's the best. He really takes the time to make me feel better about my situation.

The individual who triaged me from waiting to the exam room was extremely unfriendly. There was a little language barrier, that could be assisted if last names were used vs first. She called my name, but I failed to understand her. The rest of my experience was cold and I would not want her again. I was resistant to share information with her.

Yes, the staff there was great. The doctor I found to be very arrogant and he dismissed my pain totally, just dismissed it and was actually proud when I asked about something for the pain to hold me off until I get to see the pain management doctor. He wore like a badge of honor that he will never prescribe a pain medication, etc., etc., until he saw that I actually do have chronic pancreatitis, which is an extremely painful condition and it quite possibly could be cancerous. And he did prescribe, I believe, the right course of action going forward, but he needs to work on his bedside.

Loved the doctor but the medical assistant seemed like she did not want to be there. She never smiled or seemed to care about engaging in conversation.

The check-in /check-out staff did a great job friendly and professional. Doctor was great! I felt very comfortable and confident that I will be receiving care from him.

I was late to get to my appointment but they still got me in. That made my day! every staff that I have in contact with treated me well!

This is Judy Madeira. Dr. Selfer is very nice and very patient. I would recommend him very highly.

The only negative is that it's impossible to get an appointment without having to wait months. It's not always possible to schedule months in advance and when an issue arises the patient as shouldn't have to wait two months to be seen.

My appointment was 11:20, I did not see the doctor until 11:50 without an apology or anything. The aide who took me to the examination room was not friendly at all. She did not introduce herself or extend herself at all during our interaction. Dr. Seltzer was well informed about my health issues, and I feel I am in good hands.

I, [PHI], have had many experiences with doctors and they do not help me. I have felt very bad with my stomach. It does not let me eat more because if I eat food or water I feel bad and it hurts and the doctors do not help at all. I hope that with this check-up the doctor can help me.

Dr. Seltzer is wonderful. He looked at my prior test results then ordered further tests and discussed what he was looking for. He informed me that we just have to see what the results are to formulate a treatment plan. I felt cared for and in good hands. He is really nice. Also prescribed me a laxative to help me save money!
