Yeah, the doctor was very kind. It's the second time I was there. He gave me a lot of time. He seemed very knowledgeable and he cared about me a lot and he gave me some good recommendations. So I would definitely recommend him anywhere. He's a plus to your company, to your group.

I am very pleased with the care given from the facility. The staff was very courteous and respectful. Dr. Callanan continues to leave me speechless with his unusual skill, knowledge, and abilities. Those doctors have been the most greatest doctors I've ever met. They're very professional, very nice, very caring. The office is very, very clean. The staff is very nice. The doctors are always with a smile, never in a bad mood. I mean, those doctors are excellent. Excellent, excellent doctor, excellent, excellent office.

Dr was very through in explaining the surgery. Felt very confident in his ability to improve my quality of life.

The only negative thing I can share about my experience is that it takes a long time to get through over the phone for an appointment. I know you're a big company but I believe it would be helpful for a patient to be able to call the specific office they are going to to make an apt or change an apt.

If they were not good then I would've walk out.

Doctor didn't even have MRI results. There was not a physician or radiologist that had read the results. I had to tell him that I was there for the MRI on Sunday and I still haven't received anything in my charts and I need better follow-up, etc. Thank you.

Ive never hsd a doctor who

Everyone from the sign in desk to the doctor, was excellent.

No one in this office treats neck and back issues anymore. After doing xrays in the office, getting MRIs, and seeing one doctor for my neck and backall of a sudden he no longer does it. So I could not get an extremely important docent for work signed nor the temporary handicapoed pass form signed by that original doctor. I was told to go to pain management which is an extreme inconvenience for someone with anxiety disorder as well. If the one doctor no longer "does neck and back" then they should have another one that does. I shouldnt be told that I need to drive 40 minutes away to the other Virtua to get one. Do better to serve patients in the area with my insurance.

Dr Callanan is great he spent 45 minutes explaining everything. Didn't try to rush in and out the door. Very impressed with him.

Everyone was amazing from the person who made my appointment , the lady at front desk the medical assistant, the doctor and lilliana surgical coordinator were so nice and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised. I didn't feel like just a number. Dr Callanan was very personable. Following his instruction to a good ending to my problem.

I've called Dr. Callanan's office several times and left messages during office hours regarding an up coming procedure and changing the date and also regarding my insurance for a pre-cert and EKG and haven't received a call back yet.

Was a good and new experience with Dr.Gregory Callanan. The personal from the front secretaries and nurses very helpful and respectful. I love he scenario everything clean and in order. It's feel familiar and the environment is very good.

Amazing staff and Doctors..

Dr Callanan and his staff were very courteous and professional with my care.

I wasn't informed that this physician couldn't help me with both my issues. So it was a surprise when I got there and asked about a second issue and he told me that it was like asking a plumber to look at a different appliance. Discouraging.

The Care team and Dr Callanan took great care of me and my concerns. My experience was completely trustworthy. I feel confident about my recovery. I enjoyed my first visit to the office. The staff was great. I look forward to continuing my progress with this team at Virtua.

Doctor answered all my questions and I was very satisfied

The women who scheduled the appointment was the most professional and nicest person. We were stressed and she was so helpful and calming. Then, the doctor was so informative, spent all the time we needed to ask questions and finally gave us the right meds to get my mom feeling better. We don't live in the area and it was worth the hour drive!
