Haley was great

I really did appreciate my appointment with Haley. Haley listened to me when I told Haley that I had some reservations about returning because I knew I hadn't done so well. Haley told me do not stop coming to the doctors even if I feel as though I didn't do as well as I should have done for me to continue to come to the doctors. I appreciate the fact that Haley had actually went through the same process that I had went through until she understood what it was that I was going through. That's what I appreciated the most, that Haley already had hands-on experience with weight loss, with just weight carrier. And so that was the best part, having a provider who could actually understand what it was that I was going through.

I just wanted to say that every time I go to this office, they are always so pleasant. They remember me. I feel like a person and Haley was exceptionally wonderful this last visit and really just took her time to speak with me. And yeah, I just love everybody and I recommend you guys to everyone.

The provider was late- HOWEVER- it's because she was providing the patient ahead of me the perfect amount of time needed. I did not feel rushed during my appointment- even though she was running late

Haley was very good at explaining how my meds are supposed to work and what to expect. She was also very compassionate and listened well.

My appt was at 8 AM. didn't get put in a room until 8:10-8:15 and the provider didn't come in until almost 8:30. This should not have been an issue with the first appointment of the day.

PA Haley was wonderful and made me feel really good about my hard work and my progress!

Haley is awesome and I appreciate her attentiveness to my care. The whole team at that office has been amazing during my time there.

Yeah, Haley was very thorough. I felt like she gave me a lot of feedback. She was honest. And she really went above and beyond to do some research for me and to try to appeal an insurance decision that was made. And I really appreciate it. That's the kind of clinician that we need more of.

Haley seemed very caring and concerned about the care I was getting. Excellent provider.

I was treated with respect and felt heard and like a part of my care plan. I feel that I will return to this office again.

The experience has been educating, and the doctor and nurse maybe feel very comfortable with this journey that I have been taking to lose weight. The staff are very professional and polite.

The nurse ranting and raving in a very high tone of voice regarding politics and patients who voted for the current president should not be in a public setting or needs to be educated on what is and is not appropriate workplace conversation, especially when the public is in very close proximity. It was unbelievably unprofessional. If it had been my first time at the clinic I would really have to rethink on returning. It felt like a very hostile place. I was ready to get out of there.

Haley was fantastic

Haley was especially great. Dr. [REDACTED] is great as well. From the staff phone calls, getting help with getting pre-authorizations, to coming there for the visit, squeezing me in, are great. I have no complaints. I can say firsthand, Virtua is a lot, a lot better than Jefferson, which I had an emergency room stay just a couple of days ago and was terrible. Virtua is awesome. you know, especially the doctors there can't say nothing bad. So especially Haley.

The medical PA was professional and efficient

Just wanted to say that Haley did an excellent job. She shared with us information openly, talked honestly about steps to take, and I found it very refreshing. Thank you.

Everyone treated me so well. I felt like I was the only one that matters! The Dr. was concerning. I felt as if I could take my time, and it allowed me to gather my thoughts .. I have told my friends about my Dr. and the program I'm 30lbs to go!

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I always have a nice experience when I have an appointment.
