As usual Dr. Burke shows she really care about anyone who sees her.

I appreciate the time this practice takes with their patients. They actually make one feel seen and not just a "body" or "number".

Dr Burke is a very caring thorough doctor. I will follow her wherever she is practicing.

Yes, definitely I'd like to say that I really love my doctor. She's excellent. Hana Burke always listened to all of my concerns. When I went to see her, I was really going through a lot physically and medically, and I explained to her everything that I was going through, and she actually, she helped me a lot, gave me great advice, and actually, I love that she gave me a referral that I needed so badly. So thank you so much, and keep up the good work.

It is difficult for new patients to schedule an appointment with this office as well as other offices.

I used my planned we'll visit for a pre op clearance, when rescheduling for another well visit it was a year wait. I just wonder how family doctors can be attentive to patients needs when their time availability is scarce

The people who work in the facility are the exception to the rule.

So upon arriving at Briggs Road, the staff were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I was like maybe an hour and a half early for my appointment, but they were so considerate and helpful because I had another appointment with my mom, and the two appointments were coinciding. But the staff was very helpful, and they went and they asked Dr. Burke if Dr. Burke you know, would see me, and she said yes, and they checked me in. And you know, the visit was not long, but it was very, you know, informational. The doctor, very professional. And I would definitely recommend this provider to my family or to my friends. Dr. Burke is my physician. Dr. Hanna Burke, she is amazing, has great patient care, easy to understand, a great way of explaining things. She very clearly explained to me what was going on, took her time, listened to me, took really good notes and everything like that. She did a wonderful job making me feel listened to, making sure that I understood. Um, situation and what she was saying, but yeah, different kudos to Dr. Hannah Burke. She's really amazing.

Excellent care provided by Jessica and Dr Burke. Front desk and check out desk were friendly and personable.

Staff is very welcoming when we arrive. When we went to the exam room, Jessica was very interested in my issues and did everything possible to help. Dr Burke was very thorough in her attention to details about my emergency visit to the hospital. She assured me that if I were to have any additional problems, I was to call the office.

the new location is difficult to find. no sign on door of building wasnt sure where I was until inside . The carpets were badly in need of cleaning..stains all over not good for a medical facility

Dr. Burke is a thorough and caring physician. She is proactive about care and treatment plans. [REDACTED], the medical assistant is courteous and professional. While the new offices are more spacious, it was very disconcerting to have building entry doors that were not automatic, or to even have a mechanical assist button to open the unwieldy heavy doors into the office building. Clearly not designed for medical patients.

Doctor Hana Burke is very nice, but I feel that her hands are tied and she's unable to do or help me with anything that I need. Therefore, I am forced to go seek alternative medicine and go to a different facility because virtual will not allow her to treat me for hormones, weight loss, or any of the other needs that I have as a six-year-old woman. I worked in healthcare for 20 years from The late 90s to 2005 and healthcare is a hot mess.

Dr. Hana Burke is very professional in her approach. She ;listens to me carefully. As a result of my most recent bloodwork, there were several things that she pointed out to me and I am proceeding along the path that she outlined. I am seeing an Endocrinologist and doing the things she asked that I do. I also am making appointment for an ultra scan and Dex scan. The results of these tests plus a 24 hour Urine test will help Dr. Burke determine how to proceed.

I am happy that I have a great Doctor who goes above and beyond to make things happen. I was unable to get connected for my telehealth visit and after 20 minutes of trying I gave up. When she saw that I was 10 minutes late she called me. I am glad that I didn't have to reschedule.
