Love this place. Unhappy with the recent changes to having every appointment be in person rather than being able to alternate between in person and telehealth visits. This isn't the office fault but a new policy of Virtua .

She was caring, kind, and addressed all my concerns without rushing through the appointment. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough for everything!

Was seen 10 minutes after appointment time. Also, front office personnel were involved in their PERSONAL conversation rather than attending to the folks at the window. Doctors + nurses were VERY good courteous and professional.

From the front desk to the nurse and the doctor exquisite care. They make feel at home.

When I went in the door, I was greeted very nicely. The clerk at the desk took good care of me, and the doctor was fabulous. I loved her. She was very, very, very wonderful. I can't say enough about her. The first time I ever met her, and she listened intently. She was kind. She was considerate and understanding, and she knew exactly what she was talking about. Thank you so much for giving me the chance to say yes. I'll give her a 10.

The provider was completely calm, compassionate, caring and a great listener.

Spent 4 minutes telling me everything I'm allergic to and how they can't help me. Sending me to a specialist which is fine but someone could have told me they are the appt for me and not just say it's on this day at this time. It was complete waste of my time.

My doctor was very caring & had a plan to diagnose my condition. I had to provide a lot of my personal observations on my condition.

Virtua has been a positive experience for our family and we are happy to have Virtua as our medical team.

I've had headaches most of my life and finally at 34 I was prescribed something that actually helped. The injection Aimovig was suggested and prescribed to me from the nurse practitioner which since I've started taking it, I haven't had headaches nearly as much. Maybe once a month. Love this office and how accommodating they are with scheduling also

dr. chaibainou was so attentive and took all of my concerns seriously. i sometimes get neevous going to new doctors because i never know if they will listen and understand but she seemed to have done eveything in her power to make sure i was comfortable and gave me a time line and plan of what our next steps were. i really felt comfortable in talking to her, she was great!!

Was very pleased with this type of service because I am 80 years old and it was much better than having to so in person because of my arthritis and joint pain and I hope to continue this type of meeting in the future

I was very happy with the visit. It's the first time I saw Dr. Hanane. She's very nice, she's thorough, and she seems competent, and I really liked her very much. She's a nice personality too, which is a plus. And she asked me certain questions and figured out what is going on with me, and she included my answers in how she figured to treat me. So I just think everything was very good, and thank you.
