Dr. Chaibainou is absolutely fantastic! She took the time to provide us her background as a Neurologist, and listened while we gave her a medical history on my husband. She has a plan of action and allowed us time to ask our questions. We couldn't be more happy as we are in good hands with Dr. Chaibainou! Thank you!

Hi, I thought the young lady who brought us back was very professional. She explained to me, she was very concerned with my blood pressure. She was very accurate. She had great bedside manner. As far as the doctor, she was very pleasant. She had great bedside manner. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She explained to me her concerns. She expressed to me how she didn't believe certain things were, you know, what I thought they were going on. And I just thought everyone made me very comfortable. So yes, I would refer and yes, I would come back. And yes, I would definitely recommend and give her and the young lady who brought us back a 10 out of 10.

Dr Chaibainou always is so concerned not only about my migraines but just my overall health. She truly cares about her patients. Thank you look forward to seeing her again!

Dr. C is just a fantastic doctor! She listens and makes you feel like you are a part of your treatment plan always - not just 'you need to do this and have to do that'.. She is wonderful.

The physician met with me for 3 minutes and did not have her camera on despite me asking her to turn on her camera.

Dr. C was very thorough in her evaluation and shared what she thought was rhe underlying issues but wants to have an MRI and ex-rays of the lumbar area of my back to learn more before making decisions and plan. She took her time with me and put me at ease. Tests will be scheduled.

I just want to let you know that I am very, very happy with my care with my essential tremors and the results that I've gotten with my medication and the follow-up has been outstanding with your office and I, you know, highly recommend the office for essential tremor care. Thank you.

Awesome experience the doctor was wonderful along with the staff

I feel in person would have been more beneficial. However I think it was okay, it was my first video dr appointment. I guess I'll just have to get used to it. Otherwise the Dr seems to have made a connection with what my problem might be. I'm to have a cervical spine MRI to try to pinpoint the diagnosis.

Was seen 10 minutes after appointment time. Also, front office personnel were involved in their PERSONAL conversation rather than attending to the folks at the window. Doctors + nurses were VERY good courteous and professional.

The provider was completely calm, compassionate, caring and a great listener.

Spent 4 minutes telling me everything I'm allergic to and how they can't help me. Sending me to a specialist which is fine but someone could have told me they are the appt for me and not just say it's on this day at this time. It was complete waste of my time.

Virtua has been a positive experience for our family and we are happy to have Virtua as our medical team.

I've had headaches most of my life and finally at 34 I was prescribed something that actually helped. The injection Aimovig was suggested and prescribed to me from the nurse practitioner which since I've started taking it, I haven't had headaches nearly as much. Maybe once a month. Love this office and how accommodating they are with scheduling also

dr. chaibainou was so attentive and took all of my concerns seriously. i sometimes get neevous going to new doctors because i never know if they will listen and understand but she seemed to have done eveything in her power to make sure i was comfortable and gave me a time line and plan of what our next steps were. i really felt comfortable in talking to her, she was great!!
