The appointment time was scheduled properly. No wait.

The front office was exceptionally courteous and respectful, and Dr. Giannini is terrific. We talked about not only my sleep apnea, but some other health issues, and she was outstanding in counseling, and coaching me with some of the issues that I was having internally. It made me feel a lot better about the direction that I was going in, not only with my sleep apnea, but with some other health issues. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a pulmonary physician.

Dr. Giannini was very knowledgeable and she listened carefully. She was able to make a plan for me and could differentiate between another medical condition.

Dr. Giannini is very attentive when you speak to her and knowledgeable about your history and very professional. I appreciate working with her on my OSA condition. Although I did not see candy on this visit, she has been extremely helpful in the past as per my Cpap equipment. But, everyone in the office is very cordial and positive.

Dr. Giannini and her staff were very helpful and informed about my medical history and issues currently. They were most helpful in working through my CPAP machine and supply issues. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate Dr. and her staff. They were very thorough and worked diligently to insure I have a working CPAP machine, when the old one should have been recalled a long time ago.

Dr Giannini takes the time to listen to the patient care and needs very caring and explains the steps and procedures at hand for me who needs a little more explanation explaining she has the patience and takes the patience to explain wonderful doctor

Everyone was so kind n welcoming did not rush my visit & not a long wait I would highly recommend Dr. Giannini

Dr. Giannini is a very patient, respectful & Very knowledgeable in her field. She was helpful answering my questions & verifying that the my Echo was over a year ago, so she immediately wrote out a specific Request for a New Echo to be sure she understands the total picture of the problem with my wheezing issue & the best resolution of treatment.

The VA sent me over as part of the Community Care under the PACT Act. I had the pleasure of having been seen by Dr. Heather Giannini. The entire staff was extremely polite, helpful, courteous, and caring. From the receptionist to the vitals nurse to Dr. G herself, everyone I encountered actually listened to and cared about why I was there. The crazy part is- OF COURSE, the VA messed up and sent me to the wrong doctor. (They have a famous history of being terrible), and this was just another one in a LONG line of mess ups by the VA. Despite my obvious frustration and fact that I was at the wrong place- the caring, compassionate words of Dr. Giannini reassured me that I'm still on the right path, and even after the VA sorts out their end, I'll push for them to sent me back to that office just from my experience there. You guys have an amazing staff there, keep them at all cost!!!

I arrived to my appointment early and was seen right away, ahead of my scheduled appointment. The staff were very nice and the Doctor spent the time to discuss my concerns and was very helpful in explaining the plan of care.

The staff needs to clarify the location of the appt since the Dr is at different offices. The internet stated Evesham and Dr was in Cherry Hill. Traveled to Evesham in heavy traffic during rush hour and Dr was in Cherry Hill.

Dr. Giannini is always prepared for my appointment & very supportive. She always asks if I have questions and takes the time to explain any of my concerns. I feel very fortunate that she is my doctor.

My experience was positive from scheduling the appointment through my chart to walking into the office and be by the wonderful receptionist one of the two I worked with was very positive encouraging and supportive with making me understand the documents I need to complete and letting me know that I could park in the parking area where a construction was going on. The doctor was very kind listened to me and give me some feedback on recommendations and what would be. It was the best experience ever I felt the entire team was welcoming and supportive.

Still waiting on resupply for my cpap, Dr. Giannini helped place an order, it now all depends if the supplier sends it or not.

Yes, I just was very impressed with Dr. Giannini. She was very accommodating, really went out of her way to make me feel like I was really looked after properly. And yes, I would recommend her and I'm very pleased and will continue seeing her. And her office also was the staff, very warm and friendly. And as I said, very accommodating. Excellent and professional medical care

Appointment was right on time. Dr. Giannini took her time and answered all my questions. [REDACTED] who took my weight and BP was also nice. My receptionist was the kindest she brought me water when I had a dry cough when signing out. The Virtua office at 107 Berlin Rd. is the best.

The doctor was extremely excellent, very thorough, very professional, great bedside manner, great personality. I enjoyed her as a doctor. I will definitely continue on using her and I will absolutely recommend her to anyone that needs a pulmonologist. Thank you.

This was the first time I met Dr. Heather Giannini. My first visit with her was via tele-visit, so she didn't know much about me. We discussed my chest x-ray and present situation and she answered all my questions. She was very thorough and nice.
