The Doctor had command of my situation. She was very understanding and considerate. Very happy with the staff that assisted us in our situation.

Professional and caring all rolled into one'

The provider and staff was great. However parking was not good especially when you see the "front desk" staff parking in patient parking. Lady with redish burgundy maxima to be exact. Very inconsiderate for an employee

Dr. Manalis treats me very well. She knows my medicine. She knows my background. And she always makes excellent suggestions and care plans. So I would not want to see anyone else. Thank you.

Front office staff very courteous and professional,most of all very nice. Dr. Manalis is a very good listener, professional and treated me with respect. She did not rush through the visit and I felt comfortable in her care. Amazing team.

I would like to thank Lershaw for having Dr. Manalis, Helen Manalis, on board there at the office as my PCP. She's been phenomenal from the day I met her and always involved in my care and always patient. I guess that's why it's hard to get an appointment with her. She is very good and understanding her patients as well as discussing every detail of whatever you ask. She goes from A to Z discussing whatever you have inquired about and I do appreciate that because she reminds me of my previous PCP who passed away and I hope she lives a long time because she's very, very good and I enjoy coming to see her because she takes her time with her patients. And I thank you very much for having her on board. I hope she's there forever.

Everyone was cooperating with me and it was a pleasant visit even though I wasn't feeling good and I would refer them to other people.

Had my appointment cancelled by there office 3 times before I could get my visit.

It would be good if the wait time in the office was less. Perhaps they could schedule appointments further apart, but those times that I've gone, I've had to sit and wait in the office for at least 30 to 40 minutes. So I think that that would be an area that could be addressed. Thank you.

My appointment was for 12:15. I didn't get into the doctor's office until 1 o'clock and I mentioned it to the doctor because I thought that was a long time to have to wait and it's the second time that happened. She did say that they were quite busy and but she was thorough. She was very good and everything else was fine, but just because I asked her if they overscheduled and she said they were just busy and I just felt that 40, an hour and 15 minutes is too long to have to wait just to get in to see the doctor and that was that's it. That's it.

Dr. Manalis is the best!

I've been a patient of Dr Manalis for over 20 years. She is awesome, informative, listens and helps with the insurance companies. When they deny, doc goes to plan B, C & D, if need be. I cannot say enough about Dr Manalis. She's the best.

My PCP is the best doctor I have ever come across. She listens patiently and explains everyting about my care to my understanding.

Dr. Manalis has saved me so many times. You couldn't ask for a better doctor. I wish every doctor was like her!!

I asked for the Medicare annual exam but they did not know that. I also had to ask for a flu shot. They are not very good.

The four texts and three emails reminding me of my appointment were a bit over the top. Doctors offices seem to be the only profession that thinks people won't remember appointments. They're also the only profession that seems to think it acceptable to call people by their first name without being asked.

I am very comfortable with Dr. Helen Manalis.

It was my first visit so I answered no to did they know my medical history.

I waited just over an hour to be seen. I had a 745 appt and was running a few minutes late so I was taken back about 8, but not seen until just after 9, with no updates or explanation from Nurses or staff. I thought that was a little bit too long to be waiting first thing in the morning.

My husband [REDACTED] and I are extremely fortunate to have Helen Manalis, MD are our family physician. She is a caring, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor.

I was treated with attentiveness, respect and caring.

Dr Manalis was very professional and thorough.

My provider, Dr Manalis has always been in my corner. She suggest things she doesn't over medicate me and she makes me feel good about myself.

Everything was fine except it was a 45+ min wait for a 4min appt. Provider is great, appt was everything it needed to be. But that type of wait is truly ridiculous and unacceptable

Substitute in for my usual provider She was much better and listened Met expectations More experienced Would like to switch if possible

I love my Doctor H. Manalis she's excellent. She's very caring her bedside manners is excellent I would recommend her to everyone I know. The office and restroom are clean the staff is great.

Dr. Manalis has always been attentive to my concerns and provided guidance to me about health issues. She has always been attentive and caring over the many years I have had seeking her services.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I've had trouble with doctors taking me seriously, and I've been suffering enormously for years as a result. She checked what my other doctors had done, made amazing suggestions, and just took me seriously and treated me like I'm a human being. I appreciate it more than I can even express and have more hope that I could get better than I have in a long time.
