Dr Howard Soh is highly competent - listens intently to the medical problem and related issues . He is pleasant / compassionate We need more doctors like him . I myself have been connected with Virtua -west Jersey in 1973 and have seen it grow. We are hopeful that we get doctors like Dr Soh who is accommodating given the fact that we who are retired but supported Virtua through the years do wish to get some personal consideration and courtesy because we worked hard and supported this institution for decades .

Everyone was friendly, kind and eager to help in any way they could.

The doctor spent plenty of time with me. And he didn't promise me instant results. He told me this won't happen overnight and we will work on it together. I liked what I heard. Gave confidence.

I was treated with courtesy right at the desk coming in and I was taken into my appointment momentarily, right on time, and Dr. Soh I hold in highest esteem. He establishes a relationship with me as a patient and also informed me of other than pulmonary that I had an appointment that I didn't know about or a prescription I would say that I had not known of beyond the pulmonary. Individual who checked me in did not mark me as arrived. I sat 45 minutes waiting for my appt. If I didnt ask the tech if dr. Soh was that behind they wouldnt know that i had arrived and was not checked in properly. Very horrible check in

I really appreciate Dr.Soh as my doctor his advice, options/viewpoints on my breathing issues medications are very good. He is extremely caring he definitely makes me feel comfortable knowing I'm in good hands as a relatively new asthma~copd patient. Truthfully could not have asked for a better doctor. I also feel extremely better~my breathing is now under control by following the plan he has helped me with.

The person taking me into the room was not pleasant. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. Very little personality. No interaction.

Specifically the MA was less than stellar. This person ran through the drill monotone and doing the least possible engaging, zero thoughtfulness, which had I been a truly sick patient I would be concerned for my health at this practice

The entire appointment process went so smoothly, from the quick and easy check in, not a long wait in the waiting room or in the exam room before the doctor came in. Everyone there was nice and polite, and knew their jobs well. Dr. Soh was wonderful. He made me feel heard, and was very compassionate to my issues. He spent alot of time with me trying to come up with a solution that would work for me. He even consulted with me to see if I was agreeable to his suggestions. I wish he could be my PCP! I thought it was odd that a patient brought in their dog, not a therapy dog, into the waiting room. If pets are allowed in the waiting room, there should be a section for this for people who do not want to be around pets.

Doctors should do what is best for the patient and not what a insurance company thinks is best.

This was my first time there and my first time to see Dr Soh. The staff was great and he was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful beside matter. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Soh is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and caring. He has a quiet affect and is very thorough while assessing medical history. This puts the patient at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Soh.

I know the names of four people and the dates when they helped me during my stay. While everyone was outstanding, these four women went above and beyond. They need to be recognized by their superiors and given the A+ award they deserve. I have the address where I can mail a personal letter. It is my to do list for next week.
