Very professional and accessible

I have recommended Dr Khan to many friends. She is knowledgeable and caring. She always listens and does not rush through my visits.

In the past I feel there was a lack of follow through. After speaking with the nurse/med assistant,I was told of changes that have already taken place. I will see what the future holds with these changes. I never had any issues with the physician.

The few times I've been there its always been a great experience and the waiting time in the visiting room is very quick and sitting in the room waiting for the doctor as well.

Yes, I really like Dr. Khan. She needs to contact my prescription plan. I got a message that until she contacts them and gives them more information, they cannot fill my prescription. So I would appreciate it if she could do that. Thank you.

Dr. Khan is a truly amazing Doctor. She spends time and listens and discusses your care with you. You are included . Her Staff is always genuinely caring and supportive. Never snappy or irritated. I feel very lucky to have found them.

Felt a little rushed when trying to ask questions

Dr Khan gave me information on treating my neck myself rather than encouraging me to go to PT.

The telehealth went fairly well but the camera wasn't working on my end so that was the only issue concerning that. Dr. Khan is a good listener and goes over everything current and possible things for the near future. The doctor spoke clearly and in understandable terms, overall it was a very good experience.

Both Dr. Kahn and [REDACTED] were helpful, Professional, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kahn to family and friends.

Excellent care and support by all

All the staff, from the front desk to the back office are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and professional.

Excellent provider, always responsive and staff was excellent, very supportive. The nurse that day went above and beyond to explain things to us as the doctor herself did.

The doctor took the time to understand my medical history prior to the appointment and laid out a good plan for follow up. I was pleased with the care attention afforded to the matter.

Professional and courteous staff

Dr Khan's assistant was very courteous and friendly. He stuck to his word from his phone call to see if I wanted to come in earlier due to a cancellation. I had advised that I could but I had another appointment and needed to be out by a certain time. He said no problem as he would look for my name when I sign in and come and get me. He did and I was able to make my other appointment.

I really like Dr Khan. She doesn't rush you through the appointment. She takes her time and listens. I would refer her to family and friends definitely.

I was given a medication information sheet in Spanish instead of English...

Nothing, I've been there twice n she has not been able to help me.

I was in the waiting room and after a bit the doctor called and said the video call would not connect. I do not like the newer waiting room, I prefer the way it was before.

Everything went smoothly. Check-in was easy. I only waited, but a few minutes in the waiting room. Everyone was professional and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic doctor. I've had trouble with rheumatologists at Jefferson, they literally tried to tell me I'm not sick. Neither of them even checked the notes from my other doctors, who absolutely thought something had to be wrong. Dr.Khan listens, checks what other doctors have had to say, and most importantly she believed me. I would have been going who knows how long without treatment if I had just listened to the rheumatologists at Jefferson. Because I saw Dr.Khan, I'm on the second day of plaquenil and I have more hope for my recovery and future than I have in many years. I am so incredibly grateful. I know it isn't a silver bullet, but at least I know I have a doctor who is taking me seriously. All the staff at the office are kind, efficient, and make the visit smooth and stress free.

Dr. Khan has always been very attentive and kind, and she inspires a lot of confidence in me. I feel fortunate to have her looking after my health.

All the staff treated me great and with respect and answered any questions that I needed answered And Dr. Khan was just great. Listen to everything I had to say and answered everything I needed to hear.

Dr Khan is professional and knowledgeable. She explained every detail to me. She was aware of all of my past medical history and she offered support and guidance in all of my medical decisions. I highly recommend the staff they were caring and attentive.

I was very disappointed to know that she doesn't prescribe any medicine for anyone. I didn't know that, but I made the appointment and I wouldn't have made an appointment with her. I would have gone somewhere else where I could get some medicine. Thank you. Bye.
