I was without a pain management doc for almost 6 months, after being in pain management for close to 30 years, an I was nervous about my appointment, but I was received in the office with kindness and respect.

Im happy with Dr Maitin and his staff. He listens and involves me in his decision making for my treatment. Very happy with Maitin and his entire staff. They show compassion and patience. Totally tuned in to me. Thank you!!

The administrative staff is unprofessional and needs more training. I have had multiple instances of lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and misinformation. Most recently, I was not seen for 45 minutes after my appointment time with no explanation from the staff. I was then told I needed a new referral which was incorrect. On a prior occasion I had to get a manager involved just to get a call back regarding my prescription. It is a common occurrence that the administrative staff is unprofessional.

Eight weeks to get an appointment from my first initial contact is entirely too long. I don't believe they truly understand the pain that is involved in a critical back spinal diagnosis.

Team should be prepared to provide stress relief such as a stress ball. Testing room was very uncomfortable for the procedures performed.

Dr Maitin is a very nice doctor and tries to make me comfortable.

Hello, I am very happy with this practice. I'm very happy with my doctor and I would recommend my family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, and enemies to receive care from this physician. The office staff is wonderful. I'm greeted each and every time I come, and I'm just a very satisfied patient. Thank you.

Thank you for the professional and wonderful team. From receptionist the medical assistant to my doctor made me feel comfortable. It's so very important for me especially when I'm in pain to know you guys are there for me.

I am relatively new to this practice and I am still getting acclimated to the way things are done since I was with my other doctors for 8 years but I appreciate the fact that I was not judged from the very first appointment and I like the doctor that's treating me.
