Everyone maybe was amazing from the front desk to the doctors. They were kind they explained each step prior to performing, especially the insertion of the needles in my hands, wrist, arms, and specifically my neck and explain the reason for the procedure. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable in their task and they enjoyed what they do thank you.

I was without a pain management doc for almost 6 months, after being in pain management for close to 30 years, an I was nervous about my appointment, but I was received in the office with kindness and respect.

The administrative staff is unprofessional and needs more training. I have had multiple instances of lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and misinformation. Most recently, I was not seen for 45 minutes after my appointment time with no explanation from the staff. I was then told I needed a new referral which was incorrect. On a prior occasion I had to get a manager involved just to get a call back regarding my prescription. It is a common occurrence that the administrative staff is unprofessional.

Eight weeks to get an appointment from my first initial contact is entirely too long. I don't believe they truly understand the pain that is involved in a critical back spinal diagnosis.

Hello, I am very happy with this practice. I'm very happy with my doctor and I would recommend my family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, and enemies to receive care from this physician. The office staff is wonderful. I'm greeted each and every time I come, and I'm just a very satisfied patient. Thank you.
