I feel like everyone, but my main doctor was pretty nice. Just a small interactions made me feel welcome. I don't know if it was just me that day but I feel like my doctor just wanted me in and out. It felt like oh it's another one of these cases. Like I don't know if she was having a bad day.

Dr. Wagner was very nice.

I feel that I have been in very competent hands with everyone who has been involved with my care.

The phone system really does not work. It took me 3 days of calling to finally get a person to get an appointment! Had I not went to this practice years ago I would not had pursued it. Until you fix your phone system I definitely would not recommend this facility.

The phone system really needs to be improved. A patient ought to be able to get in touch with their doctor within the same phone call, not wait. And I waited on the phone for 32 minutes before I hung up. The phone system is not good at all. It should go back to like it was before. Thank you. Bye.

The provider was good. But my appointment was for 11 o'clock and I was not seen until 12:30. I think that's too much there was actually a funeral. I wanted to attend at 11 and I couldn't do it because I felt my hand was more important. And ironically had I known it would've been 12:30 I could've attended the funeral.

I was extremely happy with the care I received and I would 100% go back if I had further need. Thanks.

Dr. Wagner is extremely knowledgeable. She helped with a problem that I have had to deal with.

Great help

I didn't mind that they were running a bit late the day of my appointment. A patient who shared my same first name jumped when it was said. However, I knew it was for me because I had arrived earlier than she did.

I want to 2 separate doctors for this problem.Not sure.Which one you are referring to?So all I can actually say is.I'm on the verge of getting the situation taken care of

Dr Wagner was very gentle and was aware that I was not willing to do surgery immediately. She's trying an alternative to see it will help. I truly appreciate her sensitivity to my needs.

Very professional and friendly receptionist

The doctor didn't ask any further questions about my concerns of me having carpal tunnel, didn't ask why I thought about, why I think I have this, what I was feeling, what happened. And then after the x-rays, the doctor didn't even let me know anything about the x-rays, didn't say, yes, you do have carpal tunnel, no, you don't have carpal tunnel, what's happening. All she said was she needs a nerve reduction test, an EMG. And then she just gave me a little simple test that was like testing my numbness. But she didn't ask, didn't like let me further explain how I wasn't really feeling anything, like how everything just felt the same. Like she didn't like ask further questions to really know and get to the problem of what had happened and what was happening to me. So either I was like a new doctor or.

Dr Wagner gave excellent advice and service.

I want to let you know that my doctor is absolutely amazing. In fact, I have given out her number to two gym members that I go to at the gym. They're regarding the same issues that I currently am battling right now. So I'm hoping they're going to go over there and see her. Second thing is I think the phone system that you guys is absolutely horrible. In fact, I was so frustrated trying to get through to your office originally that I was almost going to see another doctor. If it wasn't for that doctor's care and her bedside manners, I would have not returned because it's frustrating to not be able to get in touch with your medical healthcare providers. So you guys need to, from that, you got great positions. The office workers are amazing. but you absolutely need to correct the term system and have someone.

I had been in immense pain for a few days. I could not wait to get to my appointment. Everyone was very thorough and the medication and cortisone shot in the best way. I had relief in a day or two. Thank you everyone.

Dr. Wagner, along with ALL the attending staff members, I came into contact with we top notch! I had as good as experience as possible. They removed a tumor from my ring finger, grafted bone from my wrist in it's place . Now my finger works just fine! How can I possibly thank Dr. Wagner and her team enough!!!????

I had outstanding care at Orthopedic Clinic.

Dr. Wagner explained the situation that I have and the possible things that can be done to correct it.

Dr Wagner took the time to listen to my concerns and the staff was amazing at making me comfortable while I was there.

Virtua providers do not disappoint. From the front desk staff to Dr. Wagner....very kind and professional. The office was very clean and I was seen in a timely manner. Already have recommended the doctor and practice!

I waited about 1/2 hour for the doctor but was very pleased with the exam, her manner and suggested treatment.

Everything worked the way I was told it would work.

Seems the receptionist did not have my check in information and co-pay. Wanted to see my medical cards information even after in confirmed the information on my pre appointment check in. The man who escorted us back to the room was not friendly. Definitely showed signs he did not want to be working that day. I have never experienced such a attitude with ANY VIRTUA HEALTH professional. Very upsetting.

It was perfect. Great Doctors and staff. I will always recommend this office.

I was desperate to see a hand doctor ASAP so I was thrilled to get an appointment so quickly AND to get such great care.

Great overall experience

I just wanted to say that Dr. Wagner was incredibly compassionate and intelligent and she really gave me some options and explained in detail, you know, what was going on with my arm and what she recommended and I really had a wonderful experience with her and for the, I guess it was the nurse who also brought me into the room. Thank you.

The entire staff are professionals at their professions.They are all polite and friendly.

It was a great experience. Appointment scheduling was easy. Appointment was on time. Staff were all super friendly and took great care of my son.

The doctor was running late, someone should have come into the exam room to inform me of this.

The staff did a great job with me and helped me with everything

They took [PHI] Cast off & then put her in a splint which did not give her any support. This 84 year old lady was crying like a baby for hour and a half in pain. [PHI] has wrist bone misalignment & instead of putting the cast back on they put an ineffective splint. My mother suffered in pain for 2days. We had to take her back to ER from her Rehab center to get another cast. We left messages at this Orthopedic MD's office with no response. Not happy at all with the service provided. Very incompetent. I am sorry!!

Dr. Wagner treated my area of discomfort and told me when to expect improvement.

Great people to be with

The process of getting an appointment scheduled was very frustrating. My workers comp case manager informed me that she was told by Virtua that I would be contacted the next day to get an appointment set, and that never happened. I had to call 4 separate times over the course of a few days and never received any messages or calls back. It wasn't until I told my workers comp case manager about it that someone finally called me. It made me feel like the process of getting treatment for my injury was delayed as a result of this

Great staff, very friendly and professional. Dr. Wagner listened intently and examined my left hand thoroughly. Went with her advice to get the shot first to see if it helps before any surgery.

The staff from when I first made the call to obtain an appointment was very caring and understanding about my child's situation. I greatly appreciate everyone involved .

All the staff were concerned about what I was experiencing. Treated me on a very courteous, friendly, and professional manner! I felt totally comfortable with Dr Wagner and she explained everything thoroughly and clearly to me:

Dr. Wagner is pleasant and listens well. The tech was very pleasant also as the staff at check-in. I messaged her in the morning on my chart about severe pain and someone responded right away and got me in a few hours later! That is great service and good timing!

It made me feel really comfortable and even the lady carried my bags for me because I was having problems carrying my bags. Never had anybody do that for me. I'm a very independent person. That was really nice because I was having health issues. I know I love the hospital anyway because that's where I had my last son. I never knew there was doctors offices in the back. Thank you and I had a wonderful time there. That's it.

It was very difficult in getting an appointment. I left my phone number to be called back as I was number 78 in the queue. I was never called back. I had to call again through another resource in order for someone to call me to get this appointment. I was then given an appointment only a few days later. It was a blessing as my right wrist was very painful and the doctor was so helpful and caring
