The staff is very nice, very welcoming. They answered all my concerns. The doctor was really nice and I liked everything about my health visit and I most definitely will be coming back again.

The staff need more knowledge regarding Perimenopause and HRT.

My experience was pretty good. I did feel a little like I was rushed in and out. I also felt that as a new patient I wasn't made to feel welcomed like I thought I would until the end. I really appreciate my care team giving me comments on my test results so I wasn't left guessing. I have never gotten that before. I've always had to do my own research and assume if nothing was said then I'm fine.

I never got a call back for my results and they were positive and I never got a follow-up on how to fix the problem. So I had to go to urgent care to get my results read to me and to get medication prescribed.

I was able to get a same day appointment and everyone from the person scheduling to the doctor was polite, patient and non-judgememtal.

The only concern I had was scheduling my appointment. It was an annual check, but I wasn't able to get an appointment until months later. If a reminder can be sent out to patients through the MyChart to say schedule your annuals, that would be helpful to get something done in a more timely manner. Thank you.

Ieachia is respectful, friendly, and simply a joy to have as a provider. I've only had her for 2 years and I so appreciate her expertise and how comfortable she has made me feel.

My visit went very well. My only suggestion for improvement, there was a very long wait time from when I was taken in the back to when the doctor came in for my visit. But other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you.

Appointment timely; staff pleasant and friendly

This was a wonderful experience from the reception area to seeing the doctor. Everyone was engaged, friendly and professional. It is never an easy experience seeing a Gynecologist. However, not once did I feel uncomfortable about my concerns. I felt heard. Thank you to the entire team. Each of you made a difference. Kudos!!!

Truly great experience. It was my first time seeing so I wasn't sure what to expect but she was thorough, efficient, but listened and was kind and personable. Highly recommend.

I didn't know I was only there for an examine I thought I'd be able to talk about hormone replacement and other menopausal conditions and symptoms. Also start the blood work to see where my levels are. I was referred to another office with virtue. I will be canceling that appt so I can be taken care to by a Gynecologist that serves women in menopause. The women I dealt with were all lovely. So I hope this helps

The check in/out staff were great. The nurse and PA who saw me were professional, discussed my visit and asked if I had any concerns.
