I was able to get a same day appointment and everyone from the person scheduling to the doctor was polite, patient and non-judgememtal.

The only concern I had was scheduling my appointment. It was an annual check, but I wasn't able to get an appointment until months later. If a reminder can be sent out to patients through the MyChart to say schedule your annuals, that would be helpful to get something done in a more timely manner. Thank you.

My visit went very well. My only suggestion for improvement, there was a very long wait time from when I was taken in the back to when the doctor came in for my visit. But other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you.

Appointment timely; staff pleasant and friendly

This was a wonderful experience from the reception area to seeing the doctor. Everyone was engaged, friendly and professional. It is never an easy experience seeing a Gynecologist. However, not once did I feel uncomfortable about my concerns. I felt heard. Thank you to the entire team. Each of you made a difference. Kudos!!!

Truly great experience. It was my first time seeing so I wasn't sure what to expect but she was thorough, efficient, but listened and was kind and personable. Highly recommend.

I didn't know I was only there for an examine I thought I'd be able to talk about hormone replacement and other menopausal conditions and symptoms. Also start the blood work to see where my levels are. I was referred to another office with virtue. I will be canceling that appt so I can be taken care to by a Gynecologist that serves women in menopause. The women I dealt with were all lovely. So I hope this helps

The check in/out staff were great. The nurse and PA who saw me were professional, discussed my visit and asked if I had any concerns.

From the front desk to the provider everyone was excellent. I felt understood and reassured. Would recommend 100%.

Dr and your staff are very professional, very friendly, and I was able to get my my appointment when needed. I had to make a change to it, but was able to still see the provider. They are very professional. Dr was aware of my situation and my diagnosis and made sure that I followed up with her. And she knew exactly what to discuss on the appointment. Thank you.

The overall experience was very good

The provider was great. The receptionist was completely unprofessional from beginning to end. She was on her phone engaged in a personal call (earbud in her ear) while she handled my registration and check out process. No customer service as her phone call was so important that she could not hang up to deal with the patient. Instead she would just ask the person on the other end of the call to hold on whenever she had to address me. I will be continuing my care with my provider but probably won't be going back to the moorestown location as I was totally appalled with the tech/receptionist lack in professionalism.

The health care provider, gynecologist, absolutely friendly, first of all, and treated me like the most important person.

When i was seen treated with respect. I did walk away feeling i never need to go back again since I'm a senior. My ins told me I can have a pap smear even if I don't have issue. Np said ins won't pay for it. Upset.

The service was good. However, when it was time to check out, everything took a long time, and the treatment plan was not forwarded. They just told me to repeat the beta hCG and ultrasound tests, but they did not give me a referral.

My experience, I was a new patient and for me it was a very good experience. The only thing that I think would be good for you to improve as a medical care provider is that you implement the policy of people getting to the appointment on time. So basically what I'm trying to say is that there was a delay in my care because of it. My appointment was scheduled at 7 30 and I was told to be there 15 minutes earlier, which I did, but then I didn't get to see the provider until 8 or 5. So it was 35 minutes later from the scheduled time and that of course, you know, caused some difficulties with my work. But again, I think it would be best if you guys
