I was happy to make such a quick appointment and Dr. Ali was wonderful & caring. The front desk representatives at the Hammonton location are always helpful & friendly.

I absolutely love Dr. Ali. She's one of the best and the best listener ever, and she only cares about my well-being. However, the nurse that I had this time, I was really not happy with. She had absolutely no personality and could care less what I was saying. I don't like to do that and talk about anybody, but I really didn't care for her. But Dr. Ali.

Everyone was courteous

My visit was literally about 5 mins. I felt rushed and wound up forgetting half of what I had written down.

Everyone was very professional and very friendly. When I scheduled my appointment I did not have to wait long to be seen. And wait time was minimal.

The doctor was very good and I trust her with my care, I would like to see her again for my next visit.

Dr Iman is truly a great provider. I didn't feel like just another number coming through. She listened, heard me and treated me with kindness and respect. So refreshing from my previous provider. I already recommended her to a friend.

My problem is the people that work at the front desk greeting people and checking in the patients they have no skills. People skills are rude. Never a good morning. Never a good afternoon. Nothing look at you. Roll their eyes no conversation in any way shape or form they need to be taught.

Generally good experience, as with most visits with doctors i do wish they spent a little less time looking at the computer and a little more time talking directly with me

I've seen this provider a few times, and I know they have many patients, but they didn't seem to know anything about my chronic illnesses or family history. I'm sure they are busy, but it would be helpful if they and every doctor briefly reviewed the patient's file prior to walking in the door.

Dr. Ali is amazing. She is compassionate and thorough. I didn't feel rushed, unlike other Virtua doctors I have seen in the past. I know that I am in good hands. I have referred other family members to her.

I was very disappointed with my recent office visit. As I was leaving, I told the assistant that I was feeling heavy in the head, somewhat dizzy, and that my ears were hurting. I asked if I could speak to the doctor, and she said she would get back to me. Unfortunately, it took two full days before I received a response. This delay left me feeling uneasy and concerned.

My son has autism. Dr. Ali and the medical student with her were both very patient with him.

Dr. Ali was wonderful. Caring and really listened to my concerns and finding remedies.

I was extremely happy. It's the first time that I've seen this provider. I've seen Dr. [REDACTED] since I've been coming to the office. And I mentioned that I would be willing to switch providers, not because I have any issue with Dr. [REDACTED], but because I feel like he's probably getting ready to retire shortly and I felt like she would be a good fit for me.

Dr Ali is great she was exceptionally courteous and took the time to explain plain the meds she prescribed. She also seemed like she read MyChart and was familiar with with my health issues. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my issue. I have difficulty hearing and when I told her I couldn't hear she made certain that I understood her in fact she has perfect diction and enunciation as I understood every word. She checked my ears and couldn't see my eardrums and addressed that problem also. Thank you DrAli is terrific!

This last visit, I saw a new doctor, Dr. Ali. She was very nice, understanding, patient, and thorough. I was a little nervous about seeing someone new but needed to get in for a yearly check up, and my primary doctor was booked up for a few months. This was my first visit to meet the doctor, and I found her very attentive and not willing to rush me through time to get me out of the office. My husband also saw her the same day. It was our first time to see her. We're new patients. And we had our blood work done yesterday. Right now we're trying to get our appointments straightened, our medications, because as I say, we're new patients and we gotta, I gave the doctor my list, but we gotta get her the order. I left a message earlier and we're waiting to hear from them on the phone. But everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied and everything went nicely. Thank you so much.
