This group of staff from doctor to staff are so nice to me.

My appts were made by a navigator. I needed clearance for surgery. They scheduled the breathing test for 8:30 and the appt for doctor for 10:15. The test was complete by 8:50. I was told there were other scheduled patients before me and would have to wait until my appt time. The office was not that busy. I sat there and they took several people that came in after me while I sat. I think this "navigator" could have done a better job in scheduling. It was a 45 minute drive for me to get to this office. I have been seen in the past in the Hammonton office, but the breathing test is only offered in the Cherry Hill office. The tester was very nice and apologized for the wait between appts. I did get my clearance, but if this response helps another patient from such a long wait, it serves a purpose. Thank you

He has been our doctor for 25 years at least and is always so knowledgeable about our care, about our other experiences in other health systems. Because of a miscommunication with the scheduling department I was told my regular doctor would not be in that day but I could see another doctor that day in the same location. When I arrived, I was told my appt was in another place and at another day. The receptionist told me she would see if she could fit me in and would talk to the doctor. Happily it was my regular doctor. I apologized to the doctor and thanked him for seeing me and probably messing up his schedule. There is no problem with my doctor. He's been my doctor for almost more than 15 years, so there's no problem. I would highly recommend him. The only problem is calling the office. They seldom answer. You cannot talk easily to a staff. They pass you from one number to the other. It's so hard to get an appointment. That's the problem. I hope they will improve it. I made my assignment through Virtua. My chart. I just asked for an appointment. And that's the only thing that made me see the doctor through the chart.
