The staff and provider are always great!

J Scherer was amazing. I chose to switch my primary care to them after my teenager had a good experience. Even though I'd already met them with my daughter, I was a little nervous about how knowledgeable they would be about my issues as a middle aged woman, but they were excellent. They listened and treated me as a person, which was what I was looking for.

Hi there. Yeah, I really like J's quality of care and attentiveness to me as a patient. He came in after my previous provider left and I felt like the transition was also very smooth. I really appreciate his expertise and the fact that he also has personal experience with some of the issues that I deal with really does give me a lot of confidence that his recommendations and his quality of care that he gives is something that he would also, you know, strive to give himself. Great care at Virtua Pride...

J is a dedicated and thoughtful provider. When I brought up an issue I had been ruminating on, he already had an answer ready to go. Either he knows his stuff so thoroughly that he is able to recall the required info at the snap of a finger, or he anticipated this worry of mine. Either way, it was a demonstration of great skill as a practitioner. His warmth and compassion is able to be felt even through a computer screen. I felt safe bringing up an issue that would normally cause embarrassment, but J didn't flinch. He reacted with a gentle professionalism that is rare to see. My mind was put at ease which allowed us to come up with a course of action. Highly recommended, 10/10

I feel that the provider, Jay, listened to me and took my concerns into account. He had a solution to my issue. And every time I see him, I feel very listened to. I feel very supported. He's aware of any struggles I have, both physically and also mental health-wise. And he always goes above and beyond to listen to me and sit with me and make sure I'm okay before I leave if I am in distress. Overall, he is a wonderful provider.

I love going here. I normally have a lot of anxiety about seeing medical providers but for the first time in my life, I get excited about going in. I want to see my favorite M.A.s and Jay!

It was the first primary care physician that I've been to that didn't listen to my lungs, my heart, my chest. And I am currently a heart failure patient, which I found odd. Neither the nurse nor the APNJ listened to my chest or any of that. They didn't take my temperature. They did take my blood pressure, but I found it very odd that they didn't do any He didn't check my mouth, but that was another thing that, you know, they say, ah, you know, the whole thing. I did find that odd. So Jay didn't touch me at all, whereas the nurse did listen to my, or sorry, not listen to, but she did take my blood pressure manually, which is often subjective. She could tell me any number, I wouldn't know. I prefer a digital reading, in my opinion. But yeah, that was my only concern.

I love virtua pride care center but I am disgusted by the actions of virtua healthcare as a whole. I am being told that due to a stupid executive order then now age for medication for gender care is 19 which not only puts my health in danger, but the health and well-being of so many other young adults like myself I am lucky to be turning 19 next month. But for my fellow LGBTQ plus members who are receiving care at virtua pride primary care center. They might not be able to say the same. I really hope that virtual learns to think about their actions before they agree to terms that detriment the well-being Of so many young Patience's who were not only trusted this care industry, but also put their faith in it.

Virtual Pride Primary has been great with my care from the moment I started using them as my pcp (i have had other virtual Pcps in the past). I feel that they listen to my concerns, they help they and figure it out, and dont make me feel like it's all in my head with what i am feeling health wise. Thank you for listening, caring, and actually treating me as a person.

Nothing at this time. I would have a hard time recommending my primary. Care Dr's office to some of my friends and some of my family because of their narrow mindedness, even though it is very professional and would, and do, trust them with my health. I do recommend them to all.

Neither me nor my wife realised what pride entailed when we signed up and we were both fairly surprised when we came to our appointments. Honestly, we wouldn't have gone through with it if we realised because we would have figured it's not meant for us (We're binary, hetero, etc..) But yooo the staff is so fun and hilarious, super chill, understanding and empathetic... Frankly your standard of care is so good that it should be the normalized standard in patient care protocol (Yes, somewhat modified for some people that might be older, and leaning a certain political direction) but either way Excellent job all around!
