Dr Jacelyn is very attentative and she listens to my concerns and questions. I had referred her to several people.

The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful and Jacelyn is so attentive and thorough in her examination. She always takes the time to listen to me and any of my concerns or comments about my personal health.

Honestly, she's a great provider. Can't wait to be like her one day. Lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. All right, have a great day.

Person at desk when I arrived was talking to another patient and did not recognize me. That went on for a few minutes. The next employee who came to desk was very bubbly & accommodating. While I was waiting to be seen, the first employee greeted someone who walked in the door, which she failed to do with me. I attribute this to her youth & inexperience. I just felt like the bed side manner from the tech and Dr was not correct. It was something "common" to them as a "common" issue. But I felt as though it was something that comes up often for the Dr but not a young female unfamiliar with what is going on.

Jacelyn was so kind. Coming to the Gynecologist is traumatic for me due to past experiences with other docs and also past sexual trauma. She made me feel welcome, explained everything before she did it, and seemed genuinely to listen. She did not rush me, she let me take my time to speak, and it was honestly the best Gynecology visit I've ever had.

What a pleasant experience! For reference, It had been a number of years since I last saw a gynecologist, but the provider (Jacelyn Annett) was very reassuring and made me feel extremely comfortable while performing my annual. The receptionist were helpful when making the appointment, check-in and check-out. The MA was very kind while performing vitals. Overall, this visit was an excellent process and I would highly recommend this office staff, and provider.

Jacqueline was very friendly and personable and listened and answered all my questions. The only complaint I have is that my history isn't there. The birth of my daughter and she really didn't know my history. And I've been coming there for almost eight years now. That would be my only complaint.
