Dr. Morales is a very caring doctor. She is very engaged with her patients, at least that's my experience. She is good at following up. Areas of improvement on the staff, not on Dr. Morales, just to be a little more careful and to be on top of like, you know, any tests that are needed prior to the appointment, just to ensure the message is conveyed properly and with enough timing to get results on time for the appointment. That's it. But overall, you guys are doing a very good job. You're very patient because I know that sometimes it's not easy to deal with people, so I appreciate that. That's it.

All of the staff were professional . Dr.Morales listened to all of my concerns.She explained my lab results and what rx she was prescribing for my high cholesterol and advised what OTC I could use to help my dry skin and mild arthritis pain. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Morales is one of the best doctors you guys have at Virtua. She is the epitome of empathy. She understands. She listens. She tries to make sure that you're heard. She lets you know that she's listening to you. She come up with the best options to try to help best navigate you in your situation. and the staff in the office is very, very, very accommodating and understanding.

She made me feel great about who she was it was nothing phony about her she was direct and to the point on what i had to do for me to have good health, I would definitely recommend her to everyone that I come in contact with, God bless her.
