I love Dr Wilson! How could you not love someone that saved your life? Think he really loves the work he does and is kind and trustworthy . Does the best for his patients.. The office staff all really like him too!,I hear nothing but positive about him.. thank you Dr Wilson!

My appt was at 9:30 am, was there on time. Was not taken to the back until after 10:30 and not seen until almost noon. I was told it was due to emergencies that came in. I get it that it happens but I lost three hours of work time (im salaried) and literally saw the dr for less than 10 min. Was told wear compression stockings and physician's favorite line, lose weight. I've been on weight loss medicine since January and lost 20 lbs. No script for compression stockings or to get measured. I was supposed to follow up with him but instead my daughter got me in to see her cardiologist/vascular dr instead who actually read my report and will be treating with him.

I appreciate Dr. Jacob. The appointment was great. Seeing the doctor was a good thing. I am hoping I'm getting the right help from the doctor. My only comment is about the wait time. When we got there, it was a long wait past our appointment time, even though we got there earlier than the time. There did not seem to be a lot of people before us, but there were people that at least two people came late to the appointment and because they had sooner appointments, they got in before us, even though they came over 15 minutes late to their appointments. So it's just like, you know, I feel like they could have done a better job about, you know, getting us or the people on time and to be seen and instead of having to wait

The ladies at the front desk are not always very nice. Sometimes they're very mean and short with people when they come in.

The only negative comments I would like to share are not regarding my medical care which was excellent, but these non medical experiences had an overall impact on my experience. The waiting room was very noisy, TV on a high volume so that it was difficult to read or relax. Other patients talking loudly on cell phones, most other medical offices I frequent discourage cell phone use while in waiting room or encourage patients to step outside to take calls. I also waited in exam room for close to 90 minutes feeling that I was inadvertently skipped over and forgotten. My appointment was at 9:40am, Dr came in at 11:15, so I don't think at that hour there had been a lot of build up of patients. Nurse checked on me one time during this period. My medical experience was excellent, but the visit experience could be improved!

After I was told that my appointment needed to be changed, I had a LOT of problems. Nobody ever returned my calls!! My appointment was changed about 24 hours before my arrival time. Nobody answered my calls. I finally called & had to say that I was a doctor, to get to speak with anyone. It was a terrible experience.
