This practice is absolutely amazing from the front desk staff to the medical assistants, taking you back to the doctor and of course the doctor himself! They tell you each and every step that you're taking where you're going what you're doing what it's for even something as simple as vital signs which we've all had our whole lives. They make sure you have understanding of everything and always ask if there are any further questions or anything else that they can do for you while you're in the office. This practice certainly could give lessons to other practices on how to treat your patients. Every single time you walk past someone they look in your eyes and say hi or good morning which makes such a difference. It's those personal touches which make them stand out.

I didn't think he listened to me. When I read the visit note, it was all false information. I sent message to provider with correct information and it still has not been updated. I felt like he was prescribing unnecessary medication based on what he wanted to hear rather than the actual facts.

I really appreciated Dr. Sekel's recommendation for me to get a pulmonary function test after sharing with him that whenever I have a virus or a cough or flu or anything like I currently had for the visit, it takes me two rounds of medications to really get it out. I seem to have a problem, you know, really kicking these things to the curb and that's something that I've always shared with providers either at urgent care or when I come in for a PCP visit, but no one had ever mentioned this to me before to get tested to see if I might have even just a mild case of asthma. So I really appreciated that insight from him and have the test scheduled for next month. Overall, it was a great visit and I had great feedback overall.

Dr.Sekel is very knowledgeable and expert in his field. He goes above and beyond to help me with my needs. Most importantly he listens my questions and answers them very professionally and respectfully. He is a great doctor that I would love to recommend to my friends and family. I do have an issue that frustrates me to the point that I am considering looking for a new provider outside of the Virtua system. When calling for an appointment I have waited on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes and on several occasions up to 45 minutes. I do not want to book appointments through my chart. There's too much going back-and-forth when trying to book it.

The checkout staff was wonderful. The provider was wonderful. The medical assistant who brought me back to the room was very quick to get in and out, barely looked me in the face, and I was very disappointed in that, considering that I am a clinical director and manager for the medical assistants at my provider group. I thought that she definitely needed some more training in patient care. Thank you.

The person who bought me to my room was so quick I didn't have a chance to ask her a question. I don't believe she even wrote down the correct info. I know the weight was incorrect and even though it was only off a lb, it is important to me. Also the respiration was incorrect.
