I've been using Dr. Jaffe for many years. I was away in Florida for seven years, but when I came back, I came back to her last year, and she's always been very, very good, very helpful. I like Dr. Jaffe, but I just wish that she would have made sure I didn't have a blockage, you know, maybe ordered an a cis marker study or a KUV before she subscribed a balprep. To the best of my knowledge, you shouldn't take a bioprep if you suspect that you have a blockage, intestinal blockage. So that's the only thing I would have done differently if I were Dr. Jaffe. Other than that, I was satisfied with her care.

Someone from the office was supposed to call to schedule a procedure and nobody has and it's been over a week.

I love Dr Jaffe but appts should be a little longer. The phone staff is a little off ....i wanted to leave dr jaffe a message....that I wanted to talk to her as she requested about starting new meds so I had to make an appt to see her.

Being on the other side of Healthcare, it's tough. I'm now the patient. I'm no longer working in the capacity of provider relations, provider maintenance, coordinator of benefits, claims examiner, liaison, healthcare adviser, caregiver or advocate. I have to have patience and remain humble while trusting in the process. Words, I would tell to my recipients, claimants, insurers... after educating them of their benefits and patients rights. Now as a retired, older, embedded healthcare professional. Now I have to take my advice to them; be patient and trust the process. Thanks to Dr. Jaffe and the staff for your love, care, kindness and professionalism.

Dr Jaffe is the BEST!! Wait time after check-in can be improved. I had a 2:45pm appointment. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as requested at 2:30pm. I was not seen until 3:45pm.

Beyond the scheduling problem, I was pleased with my care and treatment.

A good experience overall. Only had trouble getting an appointment. Doctor is only at this office twice a month.

scheduling appointments should be easier to do . When you need to schedule a follow up appointment you should not have to wait 6 months to do so. This is why people stop seeing their doctors. Scheduling out this far is absolutely ridiculous

I have been using Jane Jaffe for several years now and have been absolutely delighted with her work as a doctor and how important she's been to my health and recovery. I consider her one of the two or three stars in my medical team. and we will continue to see her as long as she's practicing.

Since that was my first visit, it seems that everything was going fine. So we'll see how we end up. But everybody was nice and the doctor was very nice. So hopefully everything will go okay. All right. That's about all I got to say since that was my first visit.

I felt at ease, the provider seemed to listen to my problem and try to help me Very sweet .

My visit with Dr. Jaffe was exceptional. She provided care for my whole person, not just my gastro issues. And she listened to me. The feedback she gave me was invaluable. And I've really never had a doctor know me that well. I will recommend her to anybody and everyone. The office staff was friendly and I just had an overall wonderful experience.

Dr. Jaffe was extremely helpful, in catching an ailment, that a few other caregivers had already missed. She opted for stat tests, and ultimately caught a clot which was nearly blocking off my father's small intestine. She sent us over to the ER, and not only followed up with her team members who were there, but stopped by to see how my father was doing, as well. Best care we've seen, in quite a while. And we've seen a number of doctors and nurse practitioners, lately, between both my parents.

Dr Jaffe was absolutely wonderful. She listened and really took interest in all my needs. I have already recommended her to others. So open and seemed to genuinely care.

Receptionist was surly, almost rude. The whole facility is very dirty. Floors, furniture, and wood work. I disagree with the Dr.'s diagnosis and will not be returning.

I'm a long time patient of Dr. Jaffe. She takes her time and explains everything carefully. She has a very calm demeanor which I find relaxing. I trust her completely with my care. I wouldn't go to any other gastroenterologist, she's the best. Her staff was great too! My office visit was very pleasant.

You just need to equip providers with better quality microphones. Dont rely on built in laptop mics. Spend $25 on a decent logitech headset
