Everything went really well, except I wanted to have my hand surgery two weeks from the first surgery to the second surgery, and it seemed like it wasn't going to happen in the very beginning. When I stressed it, that I needed it done right away. Now I'm going to have to delay my hand surgery on my right hand until next year.

The doctor and the physician's assistant and any assistants that came in the room were excellent and I was happy with them. However, the staff at the front desk are not very friendly and they talk about your private business right in front of everybody. They talk about your insurance, what you're there for, where you live. It's horrible. You have absolutely no privacy of your information and they're not really nice to you when you go in there. And also you cannot call your office. It is horrible. If you want to call and ask a question or change an appointment, you cannot get through. For those are, it's very sad because your doctors, the doctors that I deal with is very good, but the rest, that stuff is just, I'm fed up with it. Thank you.

Greg Mattocia was very knowledgeable and effective when providing therapy and was an effective manager who assisted other therapist as needed. Dana Ensley was knowledgeable and added adfitional modalities as needed based on my needs and progress. Greg and Dana provided my therapy alternately.

Medical was great. Getting through on phone was the worst I have ever seen. A medical facility as big as this should be able to fix their phone system. At the least they could have 1 person at the intake counter answer phones

Yes, I've been a patient of Dr. [REDACTED] for several years now. He has performed several surgeries, both in the office and under anesthesia. Jane Fowler is top of the line. She's a wonderful person. Both and the entire staff is always considerate, always familiar with my situation and understand when I can and when I cannot seek surgery or anything of that nature. I would recommend him to everyone that I have. He's an excellent hand surgeon, very great bedside manners as I would call him, and is Jane Fowler, a wonderful person. This was my first contact with Dr Jane. It was a follow up visit checking an incision after suture removal. She explained how to break up scar tissue and facilitate subsidence of swelling.
