I'm sure Doctor Bell will pin point my health issues. With confidence.

My child has the app and she's actually trying to, you know, message the doctor, but on her app, she's not allowed to. But from what I heard, she's allowed to, so the doctor be able to message her back. And then if any questions that the doctor or my daughter has, I'll be able to take my daughter in. But she has no access to the messages to inbox the doctor.

Easy to get an appointment.

My provider did not give any help on my son's foot issue. She asked if we had any ideas on how she could help or what we should do about it. She did not provide any help. She did not even try to explain what it was. She did not give any information whatsoever. The provider just kept continually asking what she wanted or what she wanted from us, like what we expected her to do about his foot. It was very unprofessional, especially for a child care provider. It did not make me feel safe to have her looking at my child because there was no, it just didn't seem like she knew what she was doing more or less and it just doesn't make you feel safe.

I felt like there was a lack of care with what I was going on and I also feel like I was rushed as well. Thank you.
