I was glad that Janet Lee listened to me and understood me. I am also pleased that i was advised on time that this is just short term. Everyone was so nice , polite. The office so clean and organized. I was called right on time.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Lee, I think, is an excellent doctor. She makes me feel very heard, listened to, hopeful, you know, when we have our sessions. And generally, I think she's great. That's all.

Dr Lee and the staff are such caring people. When I arrived, I was having kind of a really high euphoric episode, which I call blabbering, the receptionist was so kind to me. And Dr Lee listen to me and understands what is going on with my mental health. She answered my questions help me with my concerns and start me on a medication that I'm hoping will help with my anxiety and my blabbering.

I learned a lot

I felt that the doctor made her mind up about me before even meeting me with that talking to my primary doctor Marybeth ?

Virtua's psychiatry help is extremely confusing and hard to navigate. My doctor sent me here for medication management. I was told my insurance was accepted, but here I am with a 500$ bill for a 20 minute phone call. Absolutely disgusting and discouraging for someone trying to get help.

This was my first experience with this type of specialty and I was very nervous. But Dr. Lee was very reassuring and encouraging. I felt very comfortable and heard. Thank you.

So one thing that I would say is I always told her over the phone that I would be able to see this provider multiple times before I would be seeing my PCP to manage my medications. But after I saw this provider, she recommended not seeing her again or not needing to see her again. So I just would note the discrepancy there. But she's a really amazing psychiatrist, and I don't I just think I had a misunderstanding. Thank you.
