The PA , Jason, knew less than I did. He did not have a reason why I was having a problem. He totally relied on the X-ray. He should have ordered an MRI. Everything he told me to do, I was already doing without relief. My visit was a waste of time.

I was told this appointment was to go over the use of how to get out of the car after surgery. How to use a Walker eccedra? Instead, I was just prescribed a bunch of medication.

Post op Follow up with Mr. Clapper, PA who was very knowledgeable, and was present and assisted during my procedure. He took time and care to explain my operation and answer my questions and address concerns about my post op continuing care. Exactly what and how a care provider should interact with their patients. Highly recommend to others.

This was an appointment to go over my surgical plan and all of my questions were answered before I could ask them. It is obvious that Virtua Reconstructive cares about their patients and their wellbeing.

Yes, I would like to tell you my experience. I had an appointment at 3 o'clock Thursday. They didn't take me till 3.40. Okay, I did talk to the Dr. Jason something, I forget his last name, Jason. When I was to leave, I was to get an appointment for gel injection in my knees. make sure my insurance covered it. And then they would set up appointments for me. And that was Thursday. And that, excuse me, that date was the 25th of September. Today, it's the 30th, excuse me, the 29th of September. That's one, two, three, four days later. A person at the appointment desk said they would call me the very next day, which would

Arrived for 3:15 appointment at 2:45 and checked in. sat for over 1 hour before anyone spoke to me. Called for an x-ray close to 4PM, then taken to exam room, where someone took my information. Person left and PA came in a few minutes later. This is not the first time I've experience long waits with this practice. Same thing happened before in this office with almost an hour wait for scheduled appointment. Also happened in Medford office last year where I waited an hour and 45 minutes before being seen. medical personnel are good. Support staff leaves a lot to be desired

Aside from Dr. Mora, my relationship with [Redacted]is the absolutely the best. She is always available, calls when she says she will, follows up with all aspects of my care. She truly is a very valuable member of the team. Thank you [Redacted].

Waited too long for Physician Assistant ( an hr ) then waited Very long in exam room. Also I called about Staph test positive and never got a return call My primary doctor explained it to me I love Dr Schoefett but I should have had a call back

My 1st knee replacement was done by Dr. Klingenstein. I had no issues with the 1st knee surgery, pre and post surgery. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable would recommend this office to anyone.
