Caring and efficient staff. No long wait to be roomed, no long wait in the exam room waiting for the Doctor. Additionally I needed X-rays that had not been previously ordered and they were done right then and there. Dr. Mora was amazing and extremely thorough. I received a cortisone shot that was not only painless but has made a world of difference. Oh and I was new patient! Thank you everyone for making my first time visit a great experience.

I had a great experience. The doctor seemed to be well informed. However, I was and still is in a lot of pain and I was hoping that the doctor did look into my charts to see what the cost reference referral doctor listed to see all that has been tried and tested already. However, other than that, I'm looking forward to moving forward with the doctor. However, I'm not sure if he took my case serious in the sense of knowing the extremity of my pain and how aggressive I wanted him to be in terms of looking at future care. However, I had a great experience. The doctor was well informed and I do like that he did present a plan. It wouldn't have been my preferred plan.

Dr Mora and the staff are excellent. I never asked a question that wasn't answered. He did my left knee replacement and will be doing my right knee in April. I have already sent a few friends to him and they are equally happy with his care.

I felt very comfortable with Dr! He was not pushy and did not make me feel rushed about surgery!

Dr listened, did not rush, answered my questions, gave me options, which i value greatly. He performs surgery, which will be the ultimate goal and very much needed, however, did not rush to this. He advised options, understands i am not mentally ready, so i appreciated his feed-back with the understanding that alternative treatment is just a temporary measure which will prep me mentally and physcially for the surgery that he will need to perform.

The voice system when you call is extremely annoying and useless. The concerns that I had could not be answered by AI. Then when I finally get to a human, they were also unable to help me and I was transferred to the incorrect department 3x, leaving me to have to start all over with the call. I also had difficulty getting my records transferred to Virtua. Unfortunately, they cannot be transferred via email as per the Ortho Office and the Medical Records office never returned my call for other options. The staff at the office was helpful, but attempting to get anything done with the phone system is a nightmare. I attempted to call today to inquire about a PT script and the system kept hanging up on me due to a technical issue. Frustrating.

Dr Mora is an excellent Dr and surgeon. I recommend him to everyone.

I'm thrilled that I found DrMora as this was my first experience with Virtua I was scheduled to have my procedure at another hospital As soon as I had my initial visit with Dr Mora I knew I had found a wonderful compassionate Doctor I will refer anyone to him The only negative comment I have is the Surgical Center on Cross Keys Road is extremely depressing and needs a rehaul!!

Dr Mora is an excelent surgeon and care giver. My knee replacement, compared to friends having this done, was amazing! Much less swelling and the incision healed so much faster. No stitches, just adhesive, perfect. I was at PT 2 days after surgery!!! 3 days i was "carefully" walking without any devices. Within 3 weeks I was back in my crossfit gym beginning my way back to fill work outs. Within a month I was restarting my cycling training. At 6 months I had "jogged" my first 5k. At 8 months I entered my first cyclocross race and at 10 months I finished 6th in a 40 plus race. Thank you Dr Mora, you have provided the platform to get me back to the insanely interesting life that I love so much. [PHI]. 68 years old and a complete bad ass!!!

Doctor explained everything and explained the x-ray which was very clear. Also ask me what my feelings were about my condition. I definitely liked him.

Dr Mora is exceptional. He has patience and always takes the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The physician assistant who initially took me back to the examination room is also exceptional. Her name escapes me but she is always kind and courteous.

My experience was a great one! The women at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. I saw Dr. Jason Mora who had the kindest soul of any Dr. I've ever seen, his genuine personality and all around kindness was so warm and he took the time to explain my condition and plan! I am so thankful for the experience I had and plan on continuing with him. I truly thank you all for making a scared woman, Comfortable. Such a great group of people ??

I found the employees at the checkin desk too casual and did not seem very professional. My surgeon, Dr Mora, is outstanding.

Front desk staff needs to be a bit more kind. i felt rushed when I left the office. I was impressed with the kindness and care until I went to check out. The desk clerk told me abruptly your meds are sent to your pharmacy, call for your MRI and here's your xray disc. Have a seat, I'm waiting for paperwork! Rude woman!

Dr. Mora was supposed to call in a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and the pharmacy still hasn't heard from him. It's been over a week. Thank you.

I have been recommending this office since I've been going there . First visit with Dr Mora I instantly felt comfortable with him . He was not rushed . He explained everything to me . Then asked me what questions I had . He answered all of them . I absolutely will trust him with my care.

Dr. Jason Mora did not treat me fully for the problem I came in with and he ignored the diagnosis I already came in with as a result of an MRI of glutendinosis, took an x-ray and discovered that I had a severe arthritis and the discussion, the entire discussion was about that, never even mentioned the glutendinosis. He did not have the benefit of an MRI film, although I submitted a report from the MRI of the finding of gluteal tendinosis. I came in looking for pain solutions to augment the physical therapy that I'm trying to do and he immediately told me he doesn't believe in giving shots and only wanted to discuss the need for arthroplasty for hip replacement because of the severe arthritis, which I entertain that discussion, I want to plan it, but I still have the first diagnosis of gluteal tendinosis and the ?

I had read about Doctors Mora and he's was everything they said very kind he explained everything to me and listen and answer my question. The ladies at the front desk was sweet and the nurses's was lovely every one was just kind.

Dr Mora did an excellent job on my right knee replacement so when I started having issues with my left knee of course I came back to him. I refer him all the time and in fact have two people that are going to be his patients.

Your call system to set up appointments is horrible. Everyone I talk to says same. I was 44th in cue and no call back. Now I drive to office to make appointments. I challenge every doctor to call and try to make an appointment with yourself The actual care and interaction with the doctors is wonderful

The lady and the man who did my MRI was very very friendly

The patient app is very hard to utilize. While signing in. I mentioned it to staff. Another patient at the exit window. Shouted out, I agree! Its very difficult to nagavate. Even after you get a code. SMH! I have several Dr's. They all have very easy apps. Virtua is the only one in our area. That im aware of with an app that makes one not want to get involved with Virtua. That's why I went to Rothman for my knee transplant. All because of ur silly app. I had a great visit with Dr. Jason Mora. However because of ur app. I wont be back! Unless there's no other option.

Dr. Mora listened to my concerns and explained in detail what was happening with my knee.

The staff were all great, especially the young lady who checked me and remembered that she had my MRI and xray disc as soon as she saw me. Dr. Mora is the reason I went there as my friend had her knee replaced by him, all is good, he explained everything and did an xray that we not done before that showed the issue. I have total confidence in him.

When your knees hurt, a month for an appt is a long time.

Dr. Mora did my knee replacement that was great. I went to physical therapy, so important because it helped with my recovery. I had no issues & recovered quickly. I don't feel like I had a replacement - he is so good. I refer him, at Reconstructive Orthopedics whenever I talk to a person with issues.
