Total waste if ur time and mine . No preauth needed for Medicare and mutual Omaha ins wasted visit just a billing excuse if they knew the ins they should know this . This is not the first time this has happened every 6 months they make this excuse

My doctor wasn't there that day . Now I have to go back for another visit to see him.

All were very friendly. I thank them so much for fitting me in that day. So I thought I hurt my surgery hip from Dr [REDACTED] back in 2023. Thank god I didn't. Thank you all. Have a blessed day.

The doctor was awesome. The nurse that took my vitals, awesome. The front desk girls, I mean, not, there's one of them that doesn't even talk to you to write your name. That's it, like you're a number, like you're a cat. And this is not the first time she's done it. She's done a couple of times to me. There's two girls there. One of them was like that. I don't know if y'all got complaints about her, but y'all should be looking into that. Otherwise than that, everybody else, perfect. There's only one girl there that was very, she's always been like that.

I could not be more grateful for Dr. [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and the entire team at Reconstructive Orthopedics, as well as Virtua Vorhees Hospital. Everyone has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. All of my questions were answered, I felt very involved in the decisions around my treatment, and I cannot rave enough about the team who performed my surgery, and has had involvement in my care. If I could rate them an 11 out of 10 I would!

Jayme was wonderful. She sat with me and went over my concerns and also reviewed the procedure and what to expect. And I was very comfortable when I left there that she really cared about what was going on with me and I thank her for that.

Dr. Payment was absolutely easy to talk too & express my feelings, struggles & concerns. She allowed me a safe space through her easy demeanor & caring attitude. It means a lot to feel heard.

Patients are quick to share their complaints. I want to take this minute to share that Jayme was professional, courteous, well informed, explained the process very clearly and answered my questions carefully and with ease.
