Jayme was wonderful. She sat with me and went over my concerns and also reviewed the procedure and what to expect. And I was very comfortable when I left there that she really cared about what was going on with me and I thank her for that.

Dr. Payment was absolutely easy to talk too & express my feelings, struggles & concerns. She allowed me a safe space through her easy demeanor & caring attitude. It means a lot to feel heard.

I want to take this minute to share that Jayme was professional, courteous, well informed, explained the process very clearly and answered my questions carefully and with ease. Janie was so sweet and tried to get me the Kenalog for the shot that I wanted, and couldn't get it, and gave me another one, but it's not what I really need, and she really tried hard. Have you stopped having Kenalog now? That's what I need in place of cortisone for my knee shots. I wish someone could tell me about your ability to give people Kenalog, which I had in January with Nicole, and that was my wonderful one to help. Nothing else helps like that, and I'd love to get it again. But Jamie was wonderful, really, really kind.

She was very thorough and told me to come back in two weeks so that she could follow up checking what she had suggested.

Jaymie was great! She evaluated my rehab progress and listened to my concerns about the rehab instructions I needed her to give to the Acute-care facility I am rehabbing in.

As soon as you arrive in the office someone greets you and advise you what to do and where to go. I really appreciate how rapidly I am seen by the PCP.

Jayme was most understanding and even let me use a picture of my scar to let her know how it is. Unfortunately I have had a fever for two days.? It seems to be better today but the pain is still a sharp pain now and then and the scar is still red and looks yellow.. I wonder if there is an infection. That could be why I had a fever. I'm doing the picture tomorrow.

The wait times are crazy! One time I tried to call and was on hold for over an hour. I was caller 42. Another time I was holding about 30 minutes. And of course, when I had said that they could call me back I wasn't at my desk at work and of course I missed the call.

Jayme went over and beyond to answer all of my questions.
