Assistant took BP with left arm on my lap. My understanding is that the arm is supposed to be elevated. BP reading was 108/62. The top number was incorrect. When I mentioned the position of the arm, she disregarded what I said. Doctor spent about 7 minutes with me after I waited nearly 30 minutes. Thus, I forgot to ask her a few important questions.

Dr.Davidson is an excellent doctor. She listens she understands. She's also caught a few things in my medical history. that other doctors have missed. I am very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Fabulous doctor!

Dr. Davidson is a wonderful endocrinologist. Her knowledge in her field is outstanding. She is professional and polite. She listens to my concerns/questions and answers them in layman terms. She takes her time with me. I don't feel rushed. She is an excellent doctor. I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Davidson!

The nurse that greeted me and took my BP could have been more friendly. She did not walk into the waiting room to greet me. Didn't go pass the opening of the door. I barely heard her. Not that we needed to have a full conversation, but a little Hi, how are you? would of went a long way.

Jean Davidson covers every aspect of your health with kindness and patience. I recommend her to everyone that mentions endocrinology. I am so happy to have found her.

I was asked to call in about 2 weeks to set up my next appointment. Your system should be able to set up appointments as far away as necessary. Everything else was fine, congenial, and comfortable. The doctor was excellent.

Very happy with care I received. My only complaint is that I usually wait in the exam room for about an hour to be seen. This causes me to need to take vacation time due to the length of time in the office. I don't need to do that with other doctor appointments.

I went in really nervous, like extremely nervous for the biopsy of my thyroid, and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. She was funny. She made the process extremely better than I had imagined it would be. And although we couldn't prevent the needles having to go inside of my neck, like she was very careful, very gentle, and honestly, fast for the procedure in a good way. And I definitely would recommend her again if I knew anyone that needed to go through the process.

Dr. Davidson was very knowledgeable and she was completely familiar with my history and prior biopsies concerning my nodules on my thyroid gland.

My experience with Dr Davidson was excellent.She was able to define the root cause of my issue; even able to educate me on when it was first diagnosed. What's more she did that with compassion and empathy. She was detailed and answered all my questions. She explained the lab results to me that was precise but not complicated. I just wanted to say the office was clean, the staff was friendly and hospitable, and the doctor was on point. You know, I had the procedure done quick, efficient, in and out, everything was explained to me, and I got, and yeah, it all went really well. So the experience was overall for it being a throat biopsy, it was well.

When I called for an appointment they were scheduling 4 months out and it was suggested that I try to schedule 6 months ahead next year.

The doctor gave me instructions on my insulin changes but apparently the nurses where I live did not receive the correct information. I need help with this. It's urgent

Aa I was checking out there was an elderly woman attempting to check in. There had been some sort of mix up, her records showed she had an appointment but the young woman at the desk had no appointment in the schedule for her. The woman stated that she had gotten blood work done for the appointment and really wanted to see the doctor. The young woman at the desk was appallingly dismissive. Stated there was no supervisor available for the woman to talk to. Really awful customer service/patient care. She was so smug and dismissive.

I have been seeing Dr Davidson for about 15 years. Along with her associates. With there help my Diabetes is under control and they always work to find answer to all my concerns.

Dr. Davidson truly cares about her patients. My appointments with her are always interactive and WE discuss plans of action for care. This is such a great quality as you feel included and heard. Unfortunately not all of my doctors possess that quality.

The only reason I felt like I had to wait too long to finally get an appointment when I was on the phone was I was so anxious and I didn't know what was really wrong with me that much. But according to the visit itself, Dr. Davidson was out of this world. I cannot say enough good about her. She was wonderful in every possible way. Hi, I had a great service with the provider and the nurses that were along. But the girl that pulled me to the back, the intake worker, that took my weight and did the vitals, I don't know, I didn't feel welcome. She just seemed a little off, you know, kind of like with an attitude. Like, I didn't get a good welcoming vibe from her. I felt very uncomfortable with her. But the other nurses that was with the doctors was very awesome. And I would definitely come back again. The only thing that would make me not is to ask for somebody else if that girl was there. Thank you.

I would also like to mention the woman that was doing check ins that day ( I wish I knew her name) but facing the desk she was on the right and a woman of color. She was so extremely kind to a gentleman that was there for an appointment but was at the wrong location. He struggled with English but she was so nice to him and tried to help him as best as she could. She is the friendly face patients need and love to see when going to the doctor!

Waited over 30 min for provider

Don't ever lose Dr.Davidson. I have been with her for years. I absolutely recommend the virtua endocrinologist team to anyone I hear talking about being diabetic.

I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment with this Dr. Additionally, I showed up 1/2 hour early and did the early check in, but waited an 45 minutes in the examination room. The Doctor is well worth the wait, but it would have been nice if one of the nurses let us know what was happening
