Dr Pinto went above and beyond on my last appointment. He took the time to listen with care and compassion to my concerns and then took the time to try to think of solutions. I felt listened to and respected and I feel like he will do his best to help me find care. Even though what I'm going through is challenging, I left my appointment feeling more positive than I have in quite awhile. Dr Pinto is a top notch doctor.

I wanted to briefly talk to Dr. Pinto after my visit because I forgot to ask him a question. He was still in his back office doing follow up or getting his files to see another person. When the nurse asked him if he would see me for a quick question, he refused to see me. That is a slap in the face as far as I am concerned. I have been going to that practice for over 25 years and that kind of response is bull. Jeff Pinto needs to be brought down a notch or two. Someone whom oversees the doctors needs to have a discussion about patients having access when the doctor saying no to very simple issues or needs of the patient.

I needed to see the doctor right away. I was scheduled with a different doctor because Dr. Pinto's schedule was full. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see my doctor, Dr. Pinto. Everyone was amazing. Scheduler called day before and told me that the doctor looked over the schedule and thought he would run late because of the patients he had earlier in the day. Dr. Pinto has been my primary caregiver for decades for a reason. Great to have such a talented and compassionate doctor.

He is not my Primary but I have been experiencing a very debilitating illness. I merely wanted him to review my testing & to tell me whether my internal issues were related to my stenosis or not. He said that was not his department. He also asked me why I had not done what my other practitioners had instructed. I tried to respond about the side effects but he said I should have listened to them. The only advice he offered was for the glucose level telling me to eat fruits vegetables grains & avoid dairy. Ok. That's obvious. I am asking for your professional discretion in this matter as Dr Pinto is my husband's Primary & I don't want my experience to effect that. He seems to be very nice to my husband.

First of all, the receptionist was very pleasant, very efficient, enjoyable to work with. Second of all, I've always admired Dr. Pinto and adhere to his suggestions, his expertise, and quite frankly, look forward to our visits. I've enjoyed being his patient for the last 10 years or so. I've known Dr Pinto for 5-6 yrs. He is very friendly and commented on my youthful and healthy appearance . however this visit was disappointing in that I don't believe Dr Pinto gave any attention to my overall body specially my back and right foot. He subscribed a full array of tests however so I assume that's my RX for that visit. I expected more insight and discussion from Dr Pinto however I assume the proposed tests take the place of office visits.
