While Dr. Murray was not able to help me with the issue I have, he was able to refer me to another doctor who can.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Jeffrey Murray asked questions, answered questions and explained a lot about my issue. He also explained that he couldn't help me with my issue. But, he took the time to speak with other clinicians to try to get me the help I need. Dr. Murray was able to find a physician that would see me. When I called to make an appointment with that particular physician, I was told that they don't deal with that type of issue. (Which, I was told was not true) So, Dr. Murray's office was able to make the appointment. I have much respect for Real Physicians.

I had a mostly positive experience. However, my biggest complaint was that I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and I wasn't seen for almost an hour past my appointment. So I would appreciate a faster response time and also better communication if there's a delay.

Yes, I was supposed to have received a call regarding my getting gel shots for my knees and I still haven't heard anything. I would like to have an appointment but I was told to wait until someone calls me. Could someone please give me a call regarding my getting gel shots? Everyone in the office from when I arrived to the MA to Dr. Murray were very pleasant and informative.

Reception ladies were eating out of large chip bags and a small pizza box. Very unprofessional. The waiting area was dreary.

Dr. Murray had an excellent bedside manner. He made the whole process of understanding what my issue was and my treatment plan very understandable and precise. It was very comforting to have him there when I came out of surgery. He also came and reiterated everything with me. I would definitely trust him if I ever needed any type of surgery again.

It takes several times when you use the switchboard to go through and get an appointment. I ended up getting an appointment by going directly to the office. Please work on that. Thank you.

Work comp appointments should not be impossible to make. If the front desk is manned with people answering phones etc then the work comp department should be as well.

I asked a lot of questions (sometimes twice) and Dr. Murray was so supportive and didn't rush me out of his office the way I've experienced with most doctors lately.

I really felt well taken care of. Everybody was very professional and on point. The minute you walk in the door, they automatically make sure that they welcome you and ask you, can I help you? And sometimes other places, when you go in, then you sit down and it passes a little bit of time by the time they actually acknowledge that you were there. And when it came into the doctor, the wait wasn't long also. It was pretty fast. It kept all the appointments on point, on time. And the doctor was very helpful explaining to me and showing me the MRI and showing me everything, the parts of my knee and everything. No one ever done that. So I truly appreciate it and I'm very happy and I can't wait for Dr. Murray to do the procedure on me

I had an accident while Dr Murray was away. I was able to see a PA quickly, but I opted to wait for an appointment with Dr Murray for follow up. His expertise was worth the wait, as I trust his advice

Questions about medical history were addressed about current condition as needed.

My only negative experience was I needed to change my appointment date and there was no way to do that online and the phone wait was overly long.

The doctor is great, the receptionist is terrible. I would never recommend this doctor to have this facility to anybody. The receptionist area is terrible. They'd rather talk about people and have you sit down and wait for them to end their conversation before they would take care of you and check you in to get waited on. That's all I have to say. In this day and age of hit or miss with doctors, I am blessed to have Dr. Murry and Dr. [REDACTED] as my bone specialist.

I've met with Dr. Murray several times now and always came out very satisfied.

Dr. Murray listened to me, was familiar with my tests, explained my injury and options for treatment. His team was great too! Very different experience with Dr. Mariani. He barely let me speak, talked the entire time about how many knee replacements he does even though I do not need one! Very rude and condescending! Saw him twice and that was enough for me! When I mention his name to people who had him for knee replacement, they said the same thing about him. Horrible experience with Dr. Mariani! So glad I switched to Dr. Murray!
