The check-in employee was very nice and the provider was excellent. My entire family loves Dr. [REDACTED] but due to her schedule being so booked, I had to see the PA. I was so happy that the PA turned out to be terrific. I was not impressed while checking out that the office manager came down from upstairs and had all the employees circle her and proceeded to tell them that they are not filling out the precert screens correctly and leaving to many blank fields. She obviously was not happy with them and it was very awkward. The person who was half way through checking me out just stopped dealing with me and got in the huddle to be schooled. Thankfully someone else walked by and asked my name and started the checking out process again. After the manager finally walked away it was obvious the staff were not happy. The other thing I was not happy about is the condition of the facility - was unkept and unclean looking.

I wasn't really happy with all the people there. They were sort of very mean, very stern to me. They just weren't real nice or understanding. They'd rather tell me what's in the books with the doctors instead of listening to what I was saying. It's okay, though. I'm going for a colon. It'll be over. Thank you.

I saw a nurse practitioner in place of Dr. [REDACTED], because this is a matter of urgency. The meeting went well, and she requested test to be done. Stool l specimen. I was sent home without 1. ANY instructions. 2. NO equipment to collect the specimen. 3. NO time frame as to when it should be taken. 4. NOTHING to put the specimen in. WHERE to take the specimen. THIS IS VERY POOR TREATMENT. I called, and have heard nothing. Now I have to spend more time and gas to go back to the clinic. I am ill, or I wouldn't have bothered anyone; to get insufficient help. PLEASE ADDRESS TTHIS !!

Jenna had told me that an antibiotic had been called in but I didn't receive a message saying that on My Chart. I was told I had to come in for an appointment with Dr Asware. I was in pain for 2 days without medication or being seen. My pharmacy did not receive a call from your office. Jenna kindly called in a 10 day prescription at my visit .

I was having some, definitely some serious issues, and I could not get through to Lumberton, but I did call the Virtua Gastroenterology of Medford, and they answered right away, and they were able to schedule me the same day with the provider over at the Virtua Lumberton. So I was very happy that I was able to get in. They listened, you know, to my concerns and knew I was having issues. They did a great job of getting me in.

First time meeting Jenna ? the PA at Mt Laurel office. She was not only very knowledgable, but took the time to explain her suggestions and clairify my misconceptions and relieve my concerns.

I met with the physician assistant as my doctor had a long waiting list but she was not very knowledgeable about possible effects of my condition and denied that one of my symptoms could be caused by my diagnosis which is not true as confirmed by other physicians. Also, the office had none of my history even though I have been a patient there for over a decade...new system because of Virtua buy out
