Office staff and nurse were pleasant. The doctor was not mean but she appeared to not really care about my concerns. She would ask me questions but not give me a chance to answer them.. She appeared be in rush or just did not want to be there.it was early in the week and the office was not busy. I am considering changing care teams but I will not see this doctor again for sure. The crazy thing is I've seen her on TV many times and she always appeared to be a good doctor. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I did not see my regular provider that I was suppose to see. No one told me I was not going to see her?? The front desk people called me many, many times about this and it was just a mess! There is no communication among staff members and no one takes accountability for their actions as individuals or as a team! The front desk is either rude or miserable.
