My experience with Virtual has not been good at all

Unfortunately appointment went so fast I didn't get to ask as many questions as I needed. I was told I could use portal if I got more questions

The wait was too long to see anyone.

Experience in the office was good how ever was kept on hold for almost an hour to reschedule. Was extremely difficult to speak to a person in the phone room.

Jennifer was very thorough in reviewing my surgery outcome, shared the X-rays and explained the placement of the plates. She carefully examined the incisions and my leg, listened to the questions I had and provided answers. From the minute we entered the office, we were greeted, received immediate attention at check and then taken back to start with X-rays. Another. technician carefully removed the numerous staples without causing any pain. My overall experience at Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics was excellent. Thank you for the great care!
