VERY HARD TO HEAR THE DR. AT FIRST. SHE SEEMED ANNOYED BECAUSE SHE HAD TO MOVE HER COMPUTER INTO ANOTHER ROOM. PREFER THE BEDSIDE MANNER IN THE OFFICE.

My visit was successful! Most of my information was on chart,so I didn't need too much interrogation. However I will definitely need a gastrointerologist

I waited 45 minutes in a room for the dr. to spend less than 5 minutes with me in a very impersonal visit, just checking off a list. It was obvious the doctor could care less about me and was just going through motions. It was a waste of my time.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Rubenstein. Compared to my initial visit, she was engaged and her bedside manner was not rushed this time. A drastic turnaround. I felt that we built a rapport, and I am more trusting of her as my primary care physician. She listened to my concerns and offered noteworthy feedback.
