My husband had two knee replacement with dr Reid and recommends him to everyone that has knee pain

Dr. Reid is an exceptional provider, with great surgical skills and an attentive, caring bedside manner.

The x-ray technicians were extremely helpful as I was limited in my mobility.

Every one was very professional

You guys were great. Everything worked out well, but it's nothing on you guys, but my knee filled up again. So I may have to get in there again to drain it. I'm not sure. So hopefully we can resolve this issue. Yeah, I just need to maybe reschedule another day. Okay. Thank you.

Yes, this is my second surgery with Dr. Reid . I find Dr. Reid to be quite competent, caring, and follows through on everything he says.

The doctor told me that there was something wrong with my back, but when he gave me a script, he gave it for my hip. So he didn't really describe exactly what was wrong with me, because now I don't know whether it's my hip that is bad or my back that is bad. So no, I wouldn't go back to him. He's got zero personality, and I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Reid communicated well and definitely gave me an injection in my left knee with precision. It has helped my pain

Dr. Reid is a great, experienced surgeon, however the wait time in the Voorhees office is really inexcusable! It was over an hour to have xrays done and then another almost another half hour to be examined by Dr. Reid. I understand that he is very busy but you really need to schedule patients so that they are examined more promptly than waiting for 1 1/2 hours.

Everybody was really helpful. You know, I was attended by, I think, three nurses. You know, one was a technician. I had different x-rays. I don't know if it's about five positions of x-rays. And she was very, very nice and helpful. I mean, I could not see any problem that I had when I was there. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you.

For a decision on surgery as important as this was, the provider gave me little info on the procedure, a full discussion of the pros and cons of doing a full vs partial knee replacement, and relied on 8 month old xrays despite me indicating the level of pain that I'm having and suspicion that I had a bone-on-bone situation. He only did additional xrays upon my insistence. Also, he seemed to leave me solely with the decision on whether I should have a partial or full replacement. I left my appointment not knowing if I had made the correct choice or not. Now he wants me to make ANOTHER appointment to discuss any questions I have, which is not the most convenient for me.

From the front desk to the exit desk every single person was so professional and courteous to me. [REDACTED] was my triage professional From weighing ME to having me answer vital questions about my medicine and whatever else that needed to have answers to she was very friendly and warm. I finally made the decision to have my left knee done with Dr. Reid. I did my research and he is a top doctor so I feel really good about that but what I like most was eight years ago he told me I needed a total knee replacement, I was shocked about the news. Allowed me to try the gel shots and then the Cortizone and finally I realized it's time so I am happy that Dr. Reid is going to be at the helm to get me pain-free. So happy that I chose Dr. Reid !!!!

Dr. Reid listened to my concerns about the terrible anesthesiologist that I had for my surgery on September 22. I ended up three days in the hospital with nonstop, vomiting as a result of the anesthesiologist's care. The surgery was excellent, and I had a speedy and complete recovery. But I would never ever allow that anesthesiologist near another human being on the planet.

The Doctor recommended knee injections but does not use the US guided method which I was looking for. Sure he is qualified but I just feel more comfortable with the guided method. Doctor was great, very informative and through.

Dr Reid injected both my knees with steroid. He is extremely gentle and skilful. He consulted with me on future treatments and advised me going forward. I have complete confidence in his care. I do wish that the staff--not Dr Reid--would look at my name before calling it out in the waiting room. No matter how many times I go there, I am always called 'Lisa.' My name is 'Lissa.' If they look at it and aren't sure how to pronounce it--although it doesn't seem difficult--they could always call for Mrs. Herman. This past appointment there was confusion, because there actually was a 'Lisa' in the waiting room, and I didn't know who they were calling. Thank you. :)

Dr. Reid said I needed to have a lift on my right foot, but he didn't give me a prescription for it. And I know you must need a prescription for how big it should be and all that kind of stuff in order to take it to the shoe store to get it done. I think that's the way [Redacted]works in Morristown. You must have a script from your doctor. And I still need that from Dr. Reid. And that's all I have to say on the subject.

Dr. Reid was very, very kind and thorough with me. He explained things very well and explained why a certain procedure he recommended for me would be the best one and why I am a good candidate for it, period. He had also let me know that, or he had also gone through all of my MRIs and other scans, and I felt like he really knew my case before he even saw me.

I waited 20 minutes after scheduled appointment yet I saw Dr Reid walking around office with 2 other people. Dr Reid did not perform physical exam. My chief complaint pain. Treatment plan for something g months away. He did not offer pain relief I had to ask for knee brace and pain medication At checkout he failed to mention in AVS about knee brace or tramadol. I was reassured at checkout tramadol was to be escripted which it never was. I had to wait 4 days due to holiday weekend to call office for medication. Still waiting. I had to ask for brace and was provided one only after I asked.

Dr Reid operated on my husband. He replaced his hip. He operated on my sister in law and a family friend. I would not consider going to another doctor. He is caring and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything on a layman's terms so we could totally understand. He showed us the x-ray and explained what we were looking at. His team is very caring.

Everyone has been absolutely fantastic. The only improvement I hate to say is more help in the telephone area. Every time I've tried to call the office to get an answer on my LMA, my leave of absence paperwork, I have not been successful and I've always been in queue like number 52. So help with phone lines would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Everything went very well with my appointment as far as scheduling, being greeted, being seen by the practitioner, the x-ray technician, the physician's assistant. The only complaint I have is at, was from my checkout person. I sat there and waited to be called up. I waited and waited and waited and she kept getting up from her seat and going in the back and coming back out. And I waited at least 15 minutes and I was getting ready just to get up and leave, which I should have done. And she said, oh, are you waiting for another appointment? I said, I'm waiting to check out. She said, do you have to come back and with another appointment? I said, no. She says, oh, you can go. But she left me sitting there for 15 minutes. So I wasn't happy with it.

My only negative was that I had to wait for forty minutes in the examining room for doctor Reid and it was freezing cold in there. I Had to go out into the hallway to warm up and to ask one of the workers to please find doctor Reid.

Dr. Reid is an excellent doctor. He cares for his patients and he's very thorough. He listens, and keeps you very Informed to give the best advise for health. Loved Dr. Jeremy Reid.

The only negative, was when I initially called, I waited an hour on hold before I ultimately gave up.

Dr Reid is an extraordinary doctor who severely of my friends have called Dr Reid for surgery. They trusted my recommendation by my results! Back to tennis in 14 weeks! His staff is very professional.
