Dr. Horwitz took a lot of time with me to check me out because I was having a colonoscopy in a week later. And I really appreciate the amount of time and effort he put into it. He spent, he went above and beyond what I would expect him to do. I really think he was excellent in this situation. I appreciate it immensely.

There is a disconnect between Virtua staff and Dr. We could not make an appointment for what the Dr requested for me. She would not schedule the appointment the Dr requested for me. And also the staff could not schedule the tests on my swollen legs that Dr Horwitz wanted for me. It seemed that there is very poor communication between Dr Horwitz and the staff. It shouldn't be that hard for the patients to follow what the provider asked of us.

Office staff is great. Dr spends more time talking to his computer than to me. Due to his dictation prior to having a full consult, the same information that is dictated into the computer is repeated almost verbatim. Meds were increased, even though there was an understanding that an appointment with another specialist was already scheduled. No conversation was actually had about increasing medication. The doctor just decided that's what was happening.

Yeah, I had to wait like 40 minutes for an appointment that I made at 3:30 and it's after 4 o'clock and then they depart, oh, there we go, and then wait some more.

This Cardiology-Burlington Office was way more less busy than the Cherry Hill Office. I was in and out of the office as compared to the CH office were at times I have to wait an hour to be seen.

I had to wait very long, as I was told the doctor was running late.

The wait time before getting called is becoming extremely lengthy. I spent 2 hours on this appointment. I'm very grateful Dr Horwitz is a thorough detailed oriented physician. I hope he stays that way. Knowing he is a great physician, why would the scheduling department squeeze so many patients in that office during that interval of 9:30?? However one staff stated it was due to many new patient appointments. How can I avoid this in the future??

I was optimistic about finally getting some kind of diagnosis for my problems but I feel as though the Doctor may have meant well but did what most others do and focused in on one thing they think is the culprit. In spite of the fact that I have repeated over and over to other doctors that i have been through this many times and it is not the culprit.

The physician is an active listener and appears to be attentive to my needs. He carries himself in s professional manner at all times and is cordial.

I was there 6months ago, not given an appt, and suddenly I rece'd a tx to confirm my appt in 2wks. Each visit my wgt and bp are not recorded accurately. They're always listed more than what my vitals show. The assistant is always in a rush.

The provider, the staff, everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, extremely professional, extremely friendly, very, very helpful. As for the provider, he is more, I think, geared towards male clients only in, I was a little concerned with coronary micro vascular disease. And I don't think that, I'm not sure whether he understood me or not. Maybe I wasn't clear. But overall, very, very, very good provider. Dr. Horwitz is an excellent doctor. And the staff was awesome. The first and only doctor to get my blood pressure under control. I have brain bleeds because of my high blood pressure. Thanks to dr. Horwitz. It's been perfect, the only doctor that got my blood pressure under control. Lowering blood pressure lowered the odds of having a Stroke. I can't thank enough.

Dr Howitz has now been my heart doctor for about 10 years. He seems well versed at caring for me as a patient as well as a person. Same goes for his staff nurses.
