When I was taken into the room to see the provider, the person who took me into the room didn't have the chair sitting up and it was just laying flat back like a bed and she was like, here, sit down. And then she's like, okay, you're ready. And I did not want to be laying flat on my back when the provider walked into the room. So I asked her if the chair goes up and she kind of looked at me like, yeah, but she's just going to put us down anyway. So it was a bit awkward. I just recommend having the chair sitting up, you know, let the provider put them down, making it more comfortable for the person to sit down. I told the girl, I said it would be really awkward for me to be laying down when she walked in. And that was my only issue.

She gave me good advice. And a great listener.

I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism at the front desk. No smile, no energy and was flat out not friendly. Next time, I will visit another location as I would have never experienced that level of lack of service at your Virtua hospital location.

It seemed a bit rushed but was treated with kindness.

I was asked if a student can come in. I agreed. The student did my entire exam while the provider just chaperoned. I did not think this was an appropriate choice for a new patient.

I see Jessica. Jessica makes me feel comfortable and I can talk to her about anything.

Jessica Burns is so kind and listens to my questions. She gave me all the information I needed for my next appointment. The receptionists were super helpful and caring when checking me in and out. I would definitely recommend her and Virtua to family and friends.

Jessica Burns was personable, listened to me, and addressed my concerns. I appreciated how she took time with me and didn't make my appointment feel rushed.

There was a student in, and the student did not ask consent to be the one to conduct the exam. I only spoke with the student as my provider hung out in the back. Overall this didn't bother me too much as I would have given consent for the student to do everything. However, the exam was painful (it usually isn't) and I did indicate that, in part so the student can learn. I felt that was ignored and there was no acknowledgement or apology for the pain. Again, students need to learn and I see the value in that, but I was a little frustrated that no one really acknowledged when I said it was painful and it also didn't seem like my provider gave any advice to the student on how to handle things. Overall, I was disappointed in how the student situation was handled, and in the future would likely not consent to a student (though again, it was never offered to begin with, I just know from experience I can say no)

I like it a lot, they have always treated me with great respect and they support me with a translator to answer questions and resolve them. I thank them for all the help they have provided me.

Struggled w/ specialists dismissing me in the past. Although she couldn't technically help with my primary issue, she ordered labs and listened to my problems. I felt very comfortable with her.

I like that it's all women in this clinic. And they were all cordial , I also liked the fact they were polite . So I'd like you to Thank them for their services .

Person receiving incoming phone calls was obviously not happy with her job...not very understanding with my questions....her response after taking my request "okay so this is what you want"....not very professional in my opinion

Jessica Burns is amazing! Truly kind and gentle!

As a new patient, the provider didn't try very hard to get a good understanding of my history or what I wanted to get out of the appt. No attempts were made to assess my health literacy which led to her mansplaining to me side effects to medications and how pharmacy prescription coverage works when I'm a pharmacist. She didn't appear to want to take ownership over my care and wanted to refer me out and have other providers make decisions that she should be capable of making
