Great bedsides manner!

Dr. Marple took her time and never made me feel like she was rushing to the next appointment. She also listened to me and kept asking questions until she felt she had all the info needed.

From the time we entered the facility, all the workers, nursing assistants, and especially Dr. Marple herself are all very, very, very efficient, knowledgeable, and we really enjoy going to the orthopedic clinic. And Dr. Marple is a wonderful, wonderful doctor and very attentive and listens to exactly what you need to say and gives us solutions. Thank you.

I think the scheduling department needs to do a better job. The physician was wonderful but obviously a scheduling error was made because I waited one hour to be seen. She apologized for the delay

problem that I have since Virtua has taken over Reconstructor is that they do not tell you where your appointment is. They tell you you have an appointment and they give you the time, but they don't even tell you where you're going or the address. That's happened with each one of the Virtua new takeovers that they have done with different properties. I also don't think you should be calling me on a Friday night saying that it's healthcare when it has nothing to do with anything but a survey. I don't appreciate it.

Dr Marple is a super nice and knowledgeable Doc. I received a cortisone shot in my knee and didn't feel a thing! She is very gentle, takes her time and is very in tune with my needs and history. Great practice and I have already recommended this practice and Dr Marple to others.

It was great. The only thing that could've changed was when I made the appointment, it should have been explained that I would need two appointments for two different body parts. Other than that, Dr. Marple and the staff were great.

Had to wait 45 minutes in exam room before doctor showed up. Not acceptable.. I was on time (15 minutes early.) Got checked in immediately. Assistant took my info in ten minutes. Then I waited 35 minutes alone in exam room. Went looking for someone to ask what's up! Another 15 minutes for doc to show up. This is not good service.

Trying to get through on the phone to schedule an appointment is always a difficult thing to accomplish. Also the waiting times between the time of check-in and seeing the doctor is a little long.

I feel confident in the medical advice that Dr. Marple gives when I go and see her about my knee and hip.
